Clinical Observation Of Guishao Ointment Application On Navel Combined With Hydrotalcite Tablets In Treating Epigastric Pain Syndrome With Spleen-Stomach Deficiency And Cold Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guishao ointment applied to umbilicus combined with hydrotalcite tablets in the treatment of in Treating Epigastric Pain Syndrome of Functional Dyspepsia with Spleen-Stomach Deficiency and Cold Syndrome,in order to objectively evaluate the application advantages and value of Guishao ointment in the treatment of Epigastric Pain Syndrome.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Guishao ointment on navel and hydrotalcite tablets;the control group was treated with hydrotalcite tablets,and each group was given a continuous course of treatment(14 days).Before treatment,7 days and 14 days of treatment were observed and recorded.The drug was stopped and followed up for 2 weeks.At the same time,the total syndrome score,symptom score and total effective rate were recorded and graded.The recurrence of abdominal pain was observed and the recurrence rate was calculated.The clinical efficacy of Guishao ointment in the treatment of upper abdominal pain syndrome was evaluated by GraphPad Prism 8 statistical analysis.Result:1.The total score of symptoms in the two groups decreased after 7 days and 14 days of treatment,P<0.01;the total score of symptoms in the treatment group improved compared with the control group in 7 days and 14 days,P<0.05.2.On the 7th day of treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome was 76.7%in the treatment group and 50%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).On the 14th day of treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome was 93.3%in the treatment group and 70%in the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.3.Compared with 7 days(except for limb weakness in the control group),14 days and before treatment,the other single symptom scores of the two groups were decreased in varying degrees(P<0.05).4.After 7 days of treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,chills and limb weakness in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,P<0.05;after 14 days of treatment,the scores of limb weakness in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,P<0.05.5.After 2 weeks of drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate was 6.7%in the treatment group and 30%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guishao ointment has a significant effect in the treatment of upper abdominal pain syndrome of spleen stomach deficiency cold type,and has more advantages in improving the main symptoms of epigastric pain,chilly,limb weakness,and better anti recurrence effect.Guishao ointment applied to umbilicus is effective in treating upper abdominal pain syndrome of spleen stomach deficiency cold type,with obvious advantages,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
