The Clinical Study Of Heat Sensitive Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Epigastric Pain(spleen And Stomach Deficiency Cold Type)

Objective:to observe the thermal of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of spleen and stomach type cold weiwantong clinical curative effect.Methods: will be included in the standard of spleen and stomach type cold weiwantong patients 60 cases,by random sampling method,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and control group of 29 cases with simple acupuncture treatment,treatment group 31 patients give thermal moxibustion and routine acupuncture treatment at the same time,to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after 2 courses,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)to compare two groups of patients after treatment efficacy of classification,treatment group total effectiveness 83.87% higher than the control group total effectiveness 83.87%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)to compare two groups of patients after one course of TCM syndrome integral,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),no difference between the two groups of treatment.Two groups of patients after the second course of TCM syndrome integral,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),treatment group is better than the control group.(3)to compare two groups of patients with primary symptom after the second course of single symptom integral,the diagnosis of pain not lukewarm,loose stool pond,hands and feet,tongue coating on the tongue and so on difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The treatment group to improve the primary symptom is better than the control group.Conclusion: the two groups of treatment of spleen and stomach type cold weiwantong all can have certain effect,but the thermal effect of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment is superior to simple acupuncture groups;On the basis of acupuncture plus thermal moxibustion therapy,pain for the diagnosis,loose stool pond,hand,foot and don’t stay warm,eat less,limbs is tired,vomit,clear water,god on symptoms such as fatigue,warm like the more obvious advantages.Prompt thermal moxibustion intervention in the conventional acupuncture treatment of spleen and stomachtype cold weiwantong can obviously improve the clinical curative effect.
