Clinical Research Of Zishen Tiaogan Prescription Combined With Fenmatong In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency With Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Tiaogan Prescri Ption combined with Fenmatong in the treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency(POI),To explore its action mechanism,to seek new ideas and methods for the treatment of POI.Methods:The POI patients who met the inclusion standard were randomly divided into three groups: Chinese and western medicine group(32cases),Chinese medicine group(31 cases)and western medicine group(31cases).The Chinese and western medicine group was treated with Zishen Tiaogan prescription combined with Fenmatong.the Chinese medicine group was treated with Zishen Tiaogan prescription,the Western medicine group was treated with Fenmatong.the observation period was 3 months.To evaluate the clinical effect of Zishen Tiaogan prescription combined with Fenmatong in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency,the scores of FSH,E2,AFC,KI scores,pregnancy rate and TCM Syndrome score were observed.Results: 1、 Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of age,course of disease,main symptom score,secondary symptom score,FSH,E2,AFC and KI scores among the three groups(P > 0.05).2、After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms in the three groups were significantly lower than before(p < 0.05).In the improvement of main symptoms,the Chinese and western medicine groups had the best curative effect,and the western medicine group had the same curative effect as the Chinese Medicine Group(p > 0.05),The improvement of secondary symptoms,the Chinese and western medicine groups was superior to the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(p < 0.05),but the Chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group(p < 0.05).3、After treatment,FSH in the three groups decreased significantly and E2 increased significantly(p < 0.05),but the level of FSH and E2 in the Chinese and western medicine group was better than that in the Western medicine group,while the western medicine group was better than that in the Chinese medicine group(p < 0.05).4、After treatment,the number of AFC in the three groups increased significantly(p < 0.05).Among them,the number of AFC in the Chinese and Western group increased significantly(P <0.05),the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group were equivalent(P> 0.05).5、After treatment,KI scores of the three groups were all improved(p <0.05),and the improvement degree was the most obvious(p < 0.05)in the Chinese and western medicine group,the second,the western medicine group was slightly worse than the Chinese medicine group(p < 0.05).6、The total effective rate was 96.67% in the Chinese and western medicine group,80.65% in Chinese medicine group and 79.31% in western medicine group.By comparing the two groups,the overall effect of Chinese and western medicine Group was better than that of Chinese medicine group and western medicine Group(p < 0.05),the overall effect of Chinese medicine group and western medicine group was similar(p > 0.05).During the 3-month observation period,Chinese traditional medicine group without fall off cases,The Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group have two falling cases,three groups of patients had no pregnancy.Conclusions: Zishen Tiaogan prescription combined with Fenmaitong can reduce FSH,increase E2 level and increase AFC in patients with POI,and can improve the physical symptoms by increasing estrogen.The Cure has definite curative effect,no obvious adverse reaction and high safety,and is suitable for clinical application.
