Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Professor Ping Wang's self-made prescription Zishen Yigan recipe on the treatment of liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome in menopause syndrome, and to explore the mechanism of the prescription,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of menopause syndrome.Promote the spread and application of Zishen Yigan recipe in clinical practice. Methods: Patients from October 2016 to December 2018 were selected from the gynecological outpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for deficiency of liver-kidney-yin in postmenopausal syndrome were selected, and the inclusion criteria of the research scheme were met.80 patients who signed the informed consent form were voluntarily enrolled in the experimental study.According to the order of visiting time, the patients were numbered and divided into treatment group(Zishen Yigan recipe)and control group(Qiju Dihuang decoction)by random number table. In this study, there were 1 case of exclusion and 3 cases of exfoliation, and the total number of cases involved in the final analysis was 76 cases,of which the treatment group there were 39 cases and 37 cases in the control group. The two groups of drugs were provided by the pharmacy of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine, and were uniformly sent to the decoction room of the hospital. The two groups of patients began to take drugs after their menstruation was clean(amenorrhea began to take drugs at date of consultation)and took Chinese medicine continuously for 21 days a month. The patients were treated continuously for 3 months. Before treatment, the age,the time of illness, the severity of illness, the level of anti-Miller test-tube hormone, serum estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone were counted, and the Kupperman scale score and the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups were calculated. To evaluate whether the two groups were comparable before treatment. The serum hormone level,Kupperman scale score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were counted again three months after the completion of the treatment and the withdrawal of the drug.To evaluate the effect of Zishen Yigan recipe on hormone level and clinical efficacy in menopausal syndrome patients with deficiency of liver-kidney-yin.Results:The results were as follows:(1)Kupperman score scale was used to measure the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group, the total effective rate was 87.2% in the treatment group and 64.9% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the observation of the clinical efficacy of the disease(P <0.05).It is suggested that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group. The total score after treatment in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups could treat the disease. There was no significant difference in the total score between the treatment group and the treatment group 3 months after withdrawal(P > 0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a considerable long-term effect. The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved before and after treatment. The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in tidal heat sweating, insomnia, agitation, sexual life, depression, vertigo, fatigue and abnormal sensation, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)On the improvement of TCM syndrome, the effective rate was 84.6% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group, which indicated that the therapeutic effect of TCM in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The total score after treatment in both groups was lower than that before treatment, suggesting that Zishen Yigan recipe and Qiju Dihuang decoction can both improve the symptoms of liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome in menopause syndrome. There was no significant difference in the total score between the treatment group and the treatment group 3 months after withdrawal(P > 0.05),indicating that the treatment group had a considerable long-term curative effect. The improvement of TCM symptoms before and after treatment between the two groups was compared, and it was found that the treatment group was sweating with heat. The curative effects of vertigo tinnitus, dry vagina, insomnia, irritability, weak waist and knee, dry mouth and throat, and dry eyes were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Compared with pre-administration,the level of anti-Moulerian hormone and the estradiol level in the treatment group and the control group increased slightly, and the follicle-stimulating hormone level decreased slightly, but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).This suggests that the two groups of drugs have no significant effect on hormone levels. Conclusion: Zishen Yigan recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of menopause syndrome,at the same time can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome in menopausal syndrome, the curative effect is better than the traditional Qiju Dihuang decoction.Especially in tidal heat sweating, insomnia, agitation, sexual intercourse pain and vertigo, the effect of Zishen Yigan prescription is more significant. The long-term curative effect of Zishen Yigan recipe was stable, and no obvious adverse reaction was found in the research process, which was worthy of clinical application.
