Research On The Development Strategy Of Beijing Hospital A

As a product in response to the primary stage of China’s health care industry,private hospitals have a significant impact on alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand in medical and health care,promoting and improving the medical and health care market system.However,in ternms of he development of private hospitals,due to the immature strategic positioning,private hospitals are facing various problems which directly affect the sustainable development of the hospitals.This paper takes the strategic management theory of enterprise,dual theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis,literature research,theory combined with practical research as a specific method,to understand the current situation of private hospitals in Beijing.The paper also takes the representative private ophthalmology hospital-Beijing A hospital as a case study target,using the means of a questionnaire survey to conclude the current situation of private hospitals in Beijing and their problems in terms of public welfare and profitability At the same time,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment,brand name and other important factors of Beijing Hospital A,finding the problems faced by private hospitals in general,such as the lack of awareness in the field of public welfare,poor public image,lack of social responsibility and financial support for public welfare.In the field of profitability,the paper finds the profit model lacks competitiveness,the business operation is assimilative,paying too much attention on short-term interests,and the fee mechanism is not scientific,etc.,in order to help them make timely adjustments.At the same time,the writer proposed the corresponding strategies,which will play a role in the development of many private hospitals in Beijing.The innovation of this paper is that the research idea of combining public welfare and profitability together.The earlier studies on hospitals,whether for public hospitals or private hospitals,have been conducted from the perspectives of business models and development;and the studies on public hospitals focus more on the nature of public welfare,while the studies on private hospitals focus more on the nature of profitability.Therefore,based on the above ideas,this paper explores the development strategy of private hospitals based on dual theory,and the research ideas and directions are innovative.
