| Objective:Comparing "Fuchun Powder No.①"with "Silver Sulfadiazine Cream" in treating wounds with Staphylococcus aureus infection after deep Ⅱ degree burns,observe its efficacy,and explore the possibility of intensive application in the clinical treatment of S.aureus infection after burn.Methods:From June 2019 to February 2021,32 patients with deep Ⅱ degree burns on their limbs and wound secretion culture results of Staphylococcus aureus were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The local wounds of the experimental group using "Fuchun Powder No.①"is compared with the treatment of control group using "Silver Sulfadiazine Cream".By observing the redness,swelling,heat,granulocyte count and proportion,procalcitonin,interleukin 6 and C-reactive protein on the day of admission,the day of enrollment,the day of enrollment,and the day of discontinuance of drug treatment,the wound healing rate and the time of bacteria turning negative on wound secretions of patients in the two groups were recorded to evaluate the efficacy of "Fuchun Powder No.①" in the treatment of deep Ⅱ degree burn Staphylococcus aureus infection wounds.Results:In the wound area of staphylococcus aureus infection after deep Ⅱ degree burn treatment between the experimental group and the control group,there were no significant differences in gender,age,wound area on the day of admission,wound area after discontinued drug treatment,wound healing rate,and the granulocyte count and proportion,procalcitonin,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein between the two groups on the day of admission,the day into group,the third day of enrollment,the seventh day of enrollment,and the day of discontinued drug treatment,(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the time of bacterial culture turning negative,whether the wound secretions turned negative within 10 days,and the situation of wound redness,swelling and heat:the time of bacterial culture turning negative in the experimental group(8.50±2.00 d)was shorter than that in the control group(10.94±2.11 d),P<0.05;Whether the wound secretion turned into negative within 10 days in the experimental group(1.19±0.40)and the control group(1.69±0.48)(P<0.05).There were no significant statistical differences in wound redness,swelling and heat between the two groups on the day of admission and the day of enrollment(P>0.05).There were significant statistical differences in wound redness,swelling and heat between the two groups on the third day of enrollment,the seventh day of enrollment and the day of discontinuation of drug treatment(P<0.05).When analyzing the correlation between wound healing rate and burn patients age and burn area,32 cases of patients healing rate are negatively correlated with the wound area.However,there was no correlation between patient age and wound healing rate.Considering that the sample size of this test is small,it is not enough to prove the accuracy of correlation during the period,so it is only for reference.Conclusion:In the treatment of burn Staphylococcus aureus infection wounds,Fuchun Powder No.① can significantly shorten the time for the secretion to turn negative,and can effectively improve the symptoms of redness,swelling and heat on the wounds.During the treatment process,the secretion on the wounds gradually turns from thick to clear,and the amount of it also gradually decreases.Compared with the control group(silver sulfadiazine cream),there is a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).At the same time,it is beneficial to shorten the hospitalization time of patients,save medical costs,reduce scar formation,and reduce the psychological burden of patients.There were no statistically significant differences in the effects of the two drugs on neutrophils count and proportion,interleukin-6,procalcitonin and C-reactive protein(P>0.05)in the process of wound treatment.In the clinical treatment of burn Staphylococcus aureus infection wounds,we need drugs that can effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus and are not easy to develop drug resistance,and Fuchun Powder No.①has a good application prospect and can be popularized in clinical practice. |
