Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Transanal Triple Surgery In The Treatment Of Rectal Prolapse

Objevtive:To evaluate the advantages of transanal triple surgery(columnar ligation of rectal mucosa+submucosal spot injection+anal tightening)in the treatment of patients with third-degree rectal prolapse and anal relaxation,Disadvantages and clinical significance.Methods:A collection of 42 patients who were admitted to the Anorectal Department in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College and Suining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020,who met the diagnostic criteria for third-degree rectal prolapse and accompanied by anal relaxation,were used as the study subjects to use SSPSS 21.0 The software was randomly divided into 21 cases in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with transanal triple surgery(columnar ligation of rectal mucosa+sub-rectal mucosal spot injection+anal tightening).The control group was treated with perirectal space injection,and all received the same nursing and treatment after surgery.Observe,record and count the differences in postoperative rectal prolapse,postoperative anal swelling,postoperative pain,postoperative anorectal stenosis,postoperative anal function,effective rate,etc.,as well as telephone or outpatient The recurrence rate of patients was followed up for half a year after the operation,and the conclusion was reached after SPSS21.0 analysis.Results:After analysis and comparison of the basic data of the two groups of patients,it was found that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of rectal prolapse,postoperative anal dampness,postoperative anal swelling on the first and seventh days after surgery(P>0.05),and statistically significant on the 30th day after surgery(P<0.05),the treatment group has good curative effect.There were no significant differences in postoperative anorectal stenosis,pain,postoperative urination,and effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference in recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The anorectal pressure measurement(anal resting pressure,anal maximum systolic pressure,anal diastolic pressure)of the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the anal function recovery treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the entire study.Conclusion:The transanal triple operation is satisfactory in clinical efficacy,less trauma,convenient and simple to operate for patients with third-degree rectal prolapse with anus relaxation,applicable to a wide range of people,low recurrence rate,and safe and effective.It is an ideal surgical method,It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
