| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of segmental arc incision suture combined with external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids, and objectively evaluate its advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide new ideas and treatment methods for the clinical operation of circular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 120 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(n=60)was treated with segmental arc incision suture combined with external stripping and internal ligation, and the control group(n=60)was treated with external stripping and internal ligation. The following observation indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed: postoperative pain, postoperative bleeding volume, incision edema, surgical site infection, recovery of anal function, residual anal hyperplastic skin of anus, anal stenosis, postoperative healing time, and the total therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated and analyzed. Results: After operation, there was no significant difference between the two groups in total therapeutic effect, recovery of anal function and anal stenosis(P > 0.05);In the treatment group, postoperative bleeding volume, edema of anal incision and residual anal hyperplastic skin of anus were less than those in the control group(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups on the first day after operation(P >0.05),but on the third and seventh day after operation, the pain in the treatment group was lighter than that in the control group(P < 0.05);There was difference in surgical site infection between the two groups, there were 2cases of infection cases in the treatment group but not in the control group; The healing time of the two groups was statistically different(P < 0.05),The healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion: Two kinds of operation can achieve good clinical effect in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids, but the combination of segmental arc incision suture and external stripping and internal ligation can speed up the postoperative healing. To some extent, the operation can reduce the postoperative complications such as pain, edema and bleeding. The operation can also avoid the residual anal hyperplastic skin of anus, make the anus smooth and beautiful, and meet the treatment requirements of patients for the appearance of the anus.At the same time,it does not increase the cost of the operation. In general,it is worth further clinical research and promotion. |
