"Tripartite medical system" is to realize the reform linkage of medical care,medical insurance,and medicine,that is to realize a medical and health service system that integrates medical services,medical security,and medical supply by means of reform.At the 2015 Working Conference on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System,the Premier of the State Council proposed to adhere to the "tripartite medical system" of medical care,medical insurance,and medicine.As the socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era in 2020 to the decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,the people’s demand for a healthy life is constantly increasing.This is incompatible with the current imperfect development of my country’s medical and health services,and therefore urgently requires the country.The improvement of the medical reform is to meet the people’s social needs for health services.The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed the construction of a healthy China.Since then,the State Council has issued the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline,pointing out that the advancement of healthy China construction requires deepening the reform of the medical and health system,and comprehensively establishing a basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics.Guarantee system and high-quality and efficient medical and health service system.In this context,the research on my country’s "tripartite medical system" reform since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China can clearly sort out the direction of my country’s medical reform and development since entering the new era.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the proposal of Healthy China strategy from the Party Central Committee and the practice of Healthy China initiative from the government level,the reform of "tripartite medical system" has become a key way to build a comprehensive medical security system in China.As the main reform strategy of China’s new medical reform,it is necessary to analyze the content and effectiveness of the reform in various fields of medical reform,medical insurance reform and medical reform as well as the content and effectiveness of its linkage,which not only plays an important guiding role in the construction of the national overall medical and health system,but also shows the Chinese-style solution to the problem of medical reform to the world.
