Due to the rapid development of society and economy,the continuous advancement of science and technology,and the convenience brought to people by the 5G network,people’s requirements for the quality of life are gradually increasing,and they attach great importance to physical health.With a large population in China,the health needs of patients are diversified and multi-level.Providing the masses with high-level medical care and safer,high-quality nursing services is the first thing that hospitals should put on top of.In 2020,Hospital Z adopted a series of emergency and effective measures in the face of an outbreak,especially the rapid training of front-line staff and race against time to get to the front line.This shows the necessity and importance of training in the nursing industry.Nurses,as frontline medical personnel who serve and contact patients,their service level and professional ability are particularly important.Better nursing services will demonstrate the credibility of the hospital and play an important role in the future development of the hospital.Therefore,improving nurses’ nursing skills,enhancing service awareness,strengthening communication skills with patients and their families,ensuring the safety of medical patients at multiple levels,improving hospital nurse training courses and improving the level of lecturers will all become the driving force for high-quality nursing.From an educational point of view,medical staff have higher professional and professional requirements.When students aspire to become a medical staff,they generally have to go through the learning process of three education systems,the medical education system of colleges,The three stages of standardized training system after graduation and continuing study and education in the hospital after employment are extremely important.Medical education in colleges and universities imparts theoretical knowledge,standardized training strengthens the practical ability,and post-employment continuing education provides opportunities for the continuous improvement of the overall clinical quality of medical staff.In-hospital training is the most important part of the career.As the needs of hospital employees to develop their own careers,it has become an important means to promote the development of talents.This article takes the training of nurses in Z hospital as the research object.First,through data collection and in-depth interviews,the current situation of Z hospital training is clarified,and the results of nurse training in Z hospital in recent years are summarized: continuous improvement of the system,continuous improvement of the system,and guarantee of nurse training Continuous enhancement,etc.,analyze the existing problems in the nurse training system: the training of nursing managers is weak and the training is too formal;the nursing work is three shifts and the tasks are heavy,and there is a lack of uniform training time;the nursing training system is incomplete and lacks pertinence;Nursing teaching secretary did not play its due role and other issues.Based on the theory of job competence,a clinical nurse competency model is constructed.Competency indicators include basic nursing knowledge,specialized nursing skills,good working attitude,nursing judgment ability,communication and coordination ability,keen observation of the condition,and emotions.Management and control ability,independent learning ability,analysis and problem-solving ability,teaching ability,nursing research ability.By clarifying the standards for competency evaluation,and according to the competency difference,a targeted improvement plan is proposed for the Z hospital training system,starting from three aspects: nurse demand analysis and improvement,training course improvement,and training plan development.Finally,it is planned to adopt Koch IV level.The evaluation model evaluates the expected effects of the nurse training optimization of Z hospital from four aspects,and obtains feedback information to continuously improve and perfect the optimization strategy of the nurse training system of Z hospital,so that the nurse training can play a greater role and ensure the strategic goal of Z hospital The realization.
