Since the reform and opening up,the level of industrial development in China has made unprecedented progress.With the increasing range of industrial categories,there are more and more types of hazard factors for workers,which is a serious threat to the health of workers exposed to harmful substances.In recent years,occupational health surveillance has been paid more and more attention by the government and society.High-quality occupational health surveillance is essential to protect the health of workers exposed to harmful substances.Although the level of occupational health surveillance in China is constantly improving and the standards of it are constantly updated,it is still in the stage of development.Occupational physical examination is the most important part of occupational health surveillance,and the quality of occupational physical examination in different hospitals varies greatly.After consulting the relevant data,it is found that the research on occupational health physical examination service is mainly focused on the study of single disease.At present,there is a lack of full-process evaluation tools for the service quality of occupational health physical examination,and there is a lack of standard self-evaluation and self-examination methods.This paper mainly takes DF Hospital as the research object,and the workers who undergo physical examination are less satisfied with the occupational health examination service of DF Hospital,and have given a high number of complaints.Through the research and evaluation of the quality of occupational health physical examination service in DF hospital,this study provides references and suggestions for improving the satisfaction of workers who come for physical examination towards the hospital occupational health physical examination service,and helps to improve the quality of hospital occupational health physical examination service.In this paper,on the basis of fully consulting the relevant research literature at home and abroad,the SERVQUAL model is used to design the questionnaire.Based on the specific problems found by the complaint opinion analysis and interview method,it constructs the evaluation index system of the service quality of occupational health physical examination,and carries on the reliability and factor analysis of the pre-survey results to determine the questionnaire items.The main purpose of the questionnaire survey is to evaluate the gap between the expectation and the actual perception of physical examination workers on occupational health physical examination service in DF hospital,to analyze which aspects of occupational health physical examination service workers pay more attention to,and in which aspects there is a large gap between expected value and perceived value,so as to find out the main problems existing in the occupational health physical examination service of DF hospital.The results show that the questionnaire designed in this paper can well find out which aspects of occupational health physical examination in DF hospital workers pay more attention to and evaluate the main problems of occupational health physical examination in DF hospital.According to the analysis of complaints and the results of interviews,it is found that there are many problems in the occupational health examination service in DF Hospital,which mainly focus on the examination environment,location layout,service awareness and service content of medical staff.The results of the questionnaire verify the above findings.As for the results of the questionnaire survey,on the whole,there is a certain gap between the perceived service and the expected service in all dimensions of the occupational health examination service in DF hospital.From the perspective of each dimension,the smallest gap lies in the visible dimension,but there is still a certain gap between the perceived and expected services among the items in the dimension.The biggest difference between perceived and expected service lies in the reliability dimension,and workers’ physical examination satisfaction is the worst.The problems reflected in this dimension should be improved immediately.According to the results of the questionnaire and the analysis of the causes,this paper mainly puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of environmental facilities,service improvement and digital medical treatment.In terms of the service quality of occupational health physical examination,DF Hospital is currently lack of continuous improvement mechanism,so it is suggested that the management mode of PDCA cycle should be introduced into the management of occupational health physical examination,and the complaints of physical examination should be analyzed every month.The hospital and department-level quality control teams are formed to study the optimization measures of the system or process according to the problems found,and institutionalize and standardize the good measures.
