Research On The Practice And Countermeasures Of Promoting Combination Of Medical Care And Pension In Kunming Public Hospitals

According to the definition of population aging by the United Nations,China started to enter an aging society as early as 2000.And Kunming entered the aging society in 1991,earlier than our country;as of the end of 2019,the household population of Kunming was 5.785 million,of which 817,200,or 14.13%,are 65 years old and above.In recent years,the population growth rate has been slowing down year by year,and the overall living standard and material level of the people have been significantly improved along with the rapid economic development.The pension model adopted in the early years obviously cannot meet the personalized pension standards proposed by the old people in the new era,and the pension problem has become one of the most important social problems that cannot be ignored in China.In order to solve the problems of traditional pension,combination of medical care and pension came into being,integrating medical resources and pension resources to provide new ideas for pension.However,as a new thing,it is still faced up with several problems in the process of specific practice.For example,the operation mode is still immature;the relevant departments are still working separately.Therefore,analyzing the practice of treat-care combination pension service model in public hospitals in Kunming and the existing problems,and then proposing countermeasures are important measures to actively cope with the population aging and improve the quality of pension service.In this paper,we take public hospital D in Kunming as the research object,the practice of combination of medical care and pension as the research basis,and the systematic analysis as the focus.We adopt literature review research method,literature survey method and statistical analysis method to carry out specific analysis of the practice of combination of medical care and pension in public hospitals in Kunming.By systematically studying the development of " combination of medical care and pension " service model in Kunming hospital D,we analyze the characteristics and problems of this model,and demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the " combination of medical care and pension " service model.On this basis,we carry out the comprehensive analysis of the "combination of medical care and pension " service model in public hospitals in Kunming,make clear of promoting the " combination of medical care and pension " in Kunming.Combining with national policies and exploration experience at home and abroad,in view of the problems such as administrative barriers,poor overall planning of departments,lack of professional talents and low quality,and shortage of resources,we put forward a model-" combination of medical care and pension "-suitable for the development in public hospitals in Kunming.That is,to realize the sound,sustained and rapid development of " combination of medical care and pension" service in public hospitals in Kunming by strengthening the linkage between departments,improving the top-level design,exploring new ways of personnel training,enhancing the talent incentive mechanism,and integrating resources.
