Objective:To evaluate the impact of percutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on the perioperative stress response and postoperative complications of patients with endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:64 cases of endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia were selected. The age of the patient is 18-65 years old,ASAⅠ-Ⅱgrade,gender is not limited.Using Microsoft Excel software, the patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the experimental group(group T)or the control group(Group C).The trial design adopts a double-blind,randomized controlled trial research method,Patients in group C were connected with an electronic acupuncture instrument(Huatuo SDZ-V type)without stimulation.Patients in group T were connected to an electronic acupuncture instrument(Huatuo SDZ-V type)and then given stimulation. The Neiguan and Hegu points on both sides of the patient are electrically stimulated by transcutaneous acupoints,Parameter selection:frequency2Hz;density wave;current intensity is based on the patient’s feeling of micro-anaesthesia and acid swelling as the standard, generally controlled at 6-9m A.In both groups, anesthesia was induced sequentially by intravenous and the depth of anesthesia was monitored by BIS.Recording the patient’s basic vital signs at different time points.Collecting 3ml of venous blood from the patient before TEAS(T0)and after the operation(T4).After centrifugation, the values ofβ-endorphin and norepinephrine are measured;Record the dosage of remifentanil and propofol during the operation; The VAS scores at three time after surgery, the score of nausea/vomiting after surgery, and satisfaction were recorded.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the gender, age, weight, height, heart rate, operation time, anesthesia time, mean arterial pressure and other indicators of patients in group T and group C(P<0.05);2.Compared with group C,postoperative nausea and vomiting scores of patients in group T decreased(P<0.05),the increase in stress indexesβ-EP and NE decreased(P<0.05),and patient satisfaction was better(P<0.05),There are statistical differences;3.Compared with group C,there was no significant difference in the VAS score, the dosage of remifentanil and propofol in the operation of the patients in the T group(P>0.05),However,the VAS score, remifentanil and propofol dosages of patients in group T tended to be lower than those in group C.Conclusion:1.Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can reduce the stress response of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and improve patient satisfaction;2.Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation,as a derivative of traditional Chinese medicine in my country,is conducive to reducing the stress response of patients and helping patients to pass the perioperative period more safely. It has certain clinical application value in the perioperative management of patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.
