Objectives:This experiment explored whether aerobic exercise can improve the hormone levels of overweight and obese PCOS patients, the compliance with exercise intervention, and the loss rate through 12-week home environment aerobic exercise.Through the above research,we hope to explore new ways to reduce the loss rate of exercise intervention, and then achieve better curative effects.Methods:Thirty-two subjects were randomly divided into a control group and an exercise group at a ratio of 1:1,with 16 people in each group. The traditional Chinese medicine“The Method of Nourishing Kidney,Resolving Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis”was used as the basic treatment of the control group, and on this basis the control group maintained its original activity level. In the exercise group, the traditional Chinese medicine"The Method of Nourishing Kidney,Resolving Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis"was used as the basic treatment. The exercise program was 12 weeks,4times/week,40 minutes/time,moderate-intensity aerobics.During the initial test and the post-test after 12 weeks, the subjects’anthropometric indicators(height,weight,BMI,waist-to-height ratio,waist-to-hip ratio, and clinical blood indicators(FBG,FINS,T,LH,FSH,A,SHBG,E2),ovarian area and quality of life scale score(SF-36).After the intervention is completed, the compliance of exercise intervention and the loss rate of the trial are calculated.Comparison of the data within groups,paired-sample t-test(Normal distribution)or Wilcoxon rank sum test(non-normal distribution)were used.Comparison of the data between the two groups(baseline,post-test)and the improvement value between the two groups, independent sample t test(normal distribution data)or non-parametric test Mann-Whitney U test(non-normal distribution data)were used. The quantitative data were tested by chi-square test.Results:1.The body weight of subjects in exercise group decreased from 84.06±16.40kg before intervention to 75.75±14.35kg after intervention.BMI decreased from30.75±4.79 before intervention to 27.71±4.08 after intervention.Waist circumference decreased from 100.36±13.70cm before intervention to 92.25±11.88cm after intervention. The hip circumference decreased from 107.16±9.78cm before intervention to 102.00±10.70cm after intervention. The waist-hip ratio decreased from0.93±0.06 before intervention to 0.90±0.04 after intervention. The waist-to-height ratio decreased from 0.61±0.08 before intervention to 0.56±0.06 after intervention. The intervention effects of the above 6 indicators were obvious, and the differences were significant(P<0.01).In addition,BMI of the exercise group and the control group after intervention was 27.71±4.08 kg/m~2 V.S 30.76±3.98 kg/m~2,respectively.Waist circumference was 92.25±11.88cm V.S 102.24±11.53cm,respectively.The waist-hip ratio of the exercise group and the control group after intervention was 0.90±0.04 V.S0.95±0.07,respectively.After intervention, the waist-to-height ratio of the exercise group and the control group were 0.56±0.06 V.S 0.62±0.06,respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Before and after intervention,FINS in the exercise group decreased from24.51±11.21m U/L to 16.49±7.88m U/L.T decreased from 2.35±1.56nmol/L before intervention to 1.22±0.65nmol/L after intervention.SHBG increased from17.85±9.06nmol/L to 26.04±9.56 after intervention.HOMA-IR decreased from5.00±2.06 before intervention to 3.48±1.56 after intervention.FAI decreased from14.52±6.72 before intervention to 5.03±3.19 after intervention. The improvement effect of the above 5 indicators was significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after intervention,FBG in exercise group changed from4.69±0.47mmol/L before intervention to 4.80±0.28mmol/L after intervention, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Before and after intervention, subjects A in the exercise group decreased from 3.29±1.22ng/ml before intervention to 2.72±1.13ng/ml after intervention, and the level of A was improved, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the control group,LH decreased from 7.06±3.97m IU/ml before intervention to 6.62±3.00 m IU/ml after intervention, and LH/FSH decreased from 1.07±0.58 before intervention to 0.97±0.42 after intervention, both of which showed a decreasing trend of improvement after intervention in the control group, but there was no statistical significance. In the exercise group,LH decreased from7.98±4.85 m IU/ml to 5.52±2.59 m IU/ml,and LH/FSH decreased from 1.21±0.67 to1.00±0.49 after intervention. The above two indexes also showed a trend of improvement, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.In the exercise group, the area of the right ovary was 21.04±7.62mm~2 before intervention, compared with 19.27±7.06mm~2 after intervention, and the area of the left ovary was 19.33±5.33mm~2 before intervention, compared with 18.20±6.13mm~2 after intervention. There was an improvement trend of decreasing area before and after intervention, but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The menstrual cycle of the exercise group was significantly shortened before and after intervention,from79.67±29.24 days before intervention to 34.37±5.68 days, and was lower than that of the control group(43.89±16.87 days after intervention),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After the intervention in the exercise group, the SF-36 scores were all higher than the baseline value before the intervention. The post-test score of SF-36 in the exercise group was higher than that of the control group,(except BP).The changes were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The total effective rate was 93.75%in the exercise group and 62.5%in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The aerobic exercise attendance of the exercise group reached 87.5%,and the loss rate in this test was 25%.Conclusions:Aerobic exercise in a home environment for 12 weeks can effectively improve obesity.Patient’s IR level was enhanced, which,in the end, boosts the patient’s mental health, physical health and social function, and advances the quality of life.In the home environment, online monitored aerobic exercise can effectively improve the adherence of exercise intervention.
