Abstract/Summary:
Objective :By observing the therapeutic effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with a small needle knife in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,the possible mechanism of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was explored,so as to find a more comprehensive treatment scheme for the rehabilitation of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:Selected patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were treated in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2020 to December 2020,were enrolled in accordance with the diagnostic criteria,and a total of 60 case data were obtained.Single-blind grouping was adopted and randomly divided into three groups A,B,and C,with 20 cases in each group.Group A received conventional traction treatment,group B added small needle knife treatment on the basis of traction treatment,group C was treated with traction and small The rTMS treatment was added to the needle knife treatment.The treatment cycle was 2 weeks.All patients had complete case data.The three groups of patients were treated with visual analog scale(VAS)and cervical disability index(NDI)before and after treatment.)And Tanaka Yasuhisa’s cervical spondylosis symptom scale assessment,record the results and conduct statistical analysis.Result:1.In terms of VAS score,before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the three groups of A,B,and C groups(P=0.839>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the three groups were controlled within the group.The results showed that:There are significant differences in the three groups A,B and C(P<0.01).The three groups were compared,and the results showed that: compared with group A,the two groups B and C had significant differences(P<0.01);compared with group B,group C had statistical significance(P=0.047<0.05))2.In terms of NDI score,before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the three groups of group A,group B and group C(P=0.839>0.05).After 2weeks of treatment,the three groups were controlled within the group.The results showed that: group A was statistically significant(P=0.033<0.05);two groups B and C had significant differences(P<0.01);among the three groups Controlled,the results showed that: compared with group A,the two groups B and C had significant differences(P<0.01);compared with group B,group C had statistical significance(P=0.046<0.05).3.In terms of the scores of Tanaka Yasuhisa Cervical Spondylopathy,before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the three groups of Group A,Group B,and Group C(P=0.859>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the three groups of group A,group B,and group C(P=0.839>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the three groups were controlled within the group.The results showed that: group A was statistically significant(P=0.041<0.05);two groups B and C had significant differences(P<0.01);among the three groups The control results showed that: compared with group A,the two groups B and C had significant differences(P<0.01);compared with group B,group C had statistical significance(P=0.036<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional traction,needle-knife combined with traction,and rTMS combined with needle-knife and traction can effectively improve the pain,limb numbness and other symptoms of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and improve the quality of life.Among them,the therapeutic effect of rTMS combined with needle knife and traction It is better than the therapeutic effect of the two schemes of traction and needle-knife combined with traction.The mechanism may be related to the improvement of central nervous system regulation by rTMS and the regulation of pain-related central sensitization.rTMS combined with needle knife and traction is worthy of clinical application.
