Clinical Study Of Different Ways Of Indwelling Drainage Tube After VATS Lobectomy In Qinghai Area

Objective This study mainly focuses on the clinical application and summary of different indwelling drainage tube methods in patients undergoing VATS lobectomy in the past 2 years in our hospital,and at the same time discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different indwelling drainage tube methods after VATS lobectomy.Clinical significance,to further optimize the treatment and management plan of indwelling drainage tube after VATS lobectomy in Qinghai area.Methods A total of 148 patients who underwent VATS lobectomy in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of our hospital from September 2018 to September2020 were divided into three groups according to different indwelling drainage tube methods.Group 1 was thick chest tube+ Negative pressure ball group(87 cases in total),group 2 is a single thick chest tube group(39 cases in total),and group 3 is a thick chest tube + high negative pressure tube group(22 cases in total).The three groups of patients’ postoperative discharge time,postoperative pain medication use time,thick chest tube removal time,thin chest tube removal time,pain scores three days after surgery,and postoperative complications were compared to study the three.Whether there is any difference in the postoperative condition of the group of patients.Results There were no significant differences in the postoperative hospital stay,postoperative pain medication use time,and pain scores on the first day after the operation of the three groups(P>0.05);the thick chest tube assisted thin chest tube group in the two groups were thicker than the single tube In the chest tube group,the removal time of the thick chest tube was short,the pain score was lower in the second and third days after the operation,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower(P<0.05);the thick chest tube assisted the thin chest tube group in the two groups There was no significant difference in pain scores and postoperative complications on the second day(P>0.05),but the thick chest tube + high negative pressure tube group was shorter than the thick chest tube + negative pressure ball group.The pain score on the third day after surgery was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion After VATS lobectomy,the application of thin tube assisted thick tube drainage can remove the thick chest tube as soon as possible,which reduces the postoperative pain of the patient and reduces the risk of complications.Especially the thick chest tube + high negative pressure tube group can further reduce the negative experience of patients such as pain without increasing the risk of postoperative complications.After VATS lobectomy,the application of thin tube-assisted thick tube drainage is in line with the ERAS rapid recovery concept,and it is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
