Abstract/Summary:
Objective:The ankle joint is the main structure to maintain the normal walking of human body. When the ankle joint is injured, the correct diagnosis and treatment is very important, and the normal imaging angle has irreplaceable clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of ankle joint injury. The purpose of this study is to get the normal value of the collected imaging angle by analyzing the collected normal ankle imaging X-ray films. Methods:Through a prospective design,159 cases of ankle joint weight-bearing anteroposterior and lateral X-ray films were collected in Xi’an Honghui hospital from October 2018 to November 2020.After screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the final included 100 cases imaging X-ray films were measured according to the standard unified method. In the ankle joint weight-bearing anteroposterior X-ray films, six common angles were measured, including the TAS,TT,TMM,TLM,MA.Three angles were measured on the lateral X-ray film of the ankle joint, which were TLS,TTA and Kite angle. All angles were collected and measured by two graduate students majoring in foot and ankle surgery. Results:A total of 87 subjects were included in this study, including 100 normal ankle joint weight-bearing anteroposterior and lateral X-ray films. The average age of the subjects was18~46(33.0±9.1)years old. There were 47 female subjects(57 cases),40 male subjects(43 cases),44 left ankle joints and 56 right ankle joints. The BMI of all subjects was 20~32(26.3±3.7)kg/m~2.The results of ankle angle measurement were TAS(88.3±3.3)°,TT(0.7±1.0)°,TC(74.2±2.8)°,TMM(25.6±5.2)°,TLM(20.6±5.4)°,MA(45.8±7.6)°,TLS(79.7±4.1)°,TTA(24.6±4.4)°,Kite angle(33.8±5.3)°.The inter observer and intra observer correlations of ICC were greater than 0.8.Conclusion:This study describes a normal ankle joint comprehensive system of comprehensive imaging angle results, fill the gap of related research, and provide a theoretical basis for ankle joint preoperative and postoperative imaging diagnosis or evaluation.
