Objective To investigate the correlation between ratio of serum non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(Non-HDL-C/HDL-C)and microalbuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 576 patients with T2 DM who were hospitalized in the Endocrinology Department of the No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 2017 to2019 were selected, including 373 males and 203 females that were(59±11.8)years old.Collect clinical data of patients, including: age, height, weight, smoking history, course of diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),comorbidities,medication status, blood lipid level, etc. Then the value of non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(Non-HDL-C)and the ratio of non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(Non-HDL-C/HDL-C)were calculated.Depending on whether or not they have microalbuminuria and diabetic retinopathy, patients were divided into groups for a comparative statistical analysis, the logistic regression model was used to analyze the influe ncing factors of microalbuminuria. Finally,ROC was adopted to analyze the predictive value of Non-HDL-C/HDL-C in microalbuminuria. Results 1 The age, course of disease, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,creatinine,TC,TG,Non-HDL-C,Non-HDL-C/HDL-C,hypertension and the use of ACEI/ARB hypotensive drugs in the microalbuminuria group were higher than those in the non-proteinuria group, and the HDL was lower than that in the non-proteinuria group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The course of disease and hypertension in the retinopathy group were higher than those in the non-retinopathy group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).High systolic blood pressure, high creatinine, and high Non-HDL-C/HDL-C ratio were the influencing factors for the occurrence of microalbuminuria(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of systolic blood pressure, creatinine, and Non-HDL-C/HDL-C combined to predict microalbuminuria is 0.774.Conclusion A large Non-HDL-C/HDL-C ratio in patients with type 2diabetes is a risk factor for microalbuminuria.Combined detection of systolic blood pressure, creatinine, and Non-HDL-C/HDL-C has a high predictive value for microalbuminuria, which is worthy of clinical reference. |
