Research On Promoting Healthy City Construction In Xuzhou City

Along with the process of modern urbanization,many cities at home and abroad are experiencing more and more rapid economic development and more and more modern urban construction.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as excessive population density,serious aging,deterioration of ecological environment and poor mental health of citizens.Therefore,the construction of healthy city is urgent and necessary.Xuzhou as the State Council determine the huaihai economic zone of central cities,the fast development in recent years,have entered the second-tier cities,in terms of healthy city construction,xuzhou has introduced a healthy city construction planning and related supporting documents for five years,as a "healthy city" construction in the early stage of the health city construction has also in 2014 through the national acceptance,In 2017,it passed the national review with high marks.However,there is still a gap between the construction level of healthy city in Xuzhou and the advanced areas,and there is still insufficient construction of healthy environment in Xuzhou.The impetus of healthy city construction is insufficient;Social participation is not high;Inequitable distribution of health resources;The public awareness and participation degree is not high five aspects of the problem.The above-mentioned problems are mainly caused by the high pressure of economic growth,the deviation of the government’s performance view,the imperfect multi-sectoral cooperation mechanism,the rapid advancement of new urbanization,and the inadequate publicity.Advice of xuzhou city should meet the requirements of healthy city and target,from the perspective of the urban planning,improve the social environment,people-oriented,through various measures to improve all departments and members of the community participation,promote the government organization of cross-sectoral cooperation,at the same time,also cannot ignore the city in a variety of forces in the resultant force in the construction of healthy city,the pursuit of saving environmental protection low carbon way of life,To comprehensively promote planning and development focusing on the health of citizens and cities.There are 8 tables and 2 figures and 53 references in this paper.
