Construction Of Epidemic Prevention And Control Ability Training Program For New Nurses Based On Nursing Advantages Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:Relying on the "New Nurse Training Program(Trial)" and the "Training Class for New Nurses in Hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine".We can include the difficulties and problems encountered by nursing staff in completing action on public health emergencies.Infectious diseases,we must give full play to the advantages of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Newly hired nurses have standardized the prevention and control training plan for infectious disease emergencies to reduce occupational risks,improve rescue capabilities,and improve the long-term management mechanism of cooperation between Chinese and Western medicine to reply to nurses’ responses to virulent public health emergencies.Methods:1.Literature review Using computer to search the relevant literature of nursing staff’s epidemic prevention and control ability training in recent 20 years in domestic and foreign databases,extract effective information for qualitative analysis after screening,and evaluate the quality according to JBI evidence are classification and evidence recommendation level system.And discuss the application progress of traditional Chinese medicine in epidemic prevention and control.2.Qualitative research Built on the literature review and group discussion,this study draws up an outline for the interview in combination with the purpose of the research.Select some nursing staff to conduct pre-interviews,adjust and revise the outline based on the interview results to form a formal interview outline,conduct semi-structured interviews with the research subjects,and use NVivo 11 software to encode the original data based on grounded theory.3.Expert letter inquiries According to the previous research results,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted after the preliminary formation of the training program for epidemic prevention and control ability of the nursing staff.After each round of consultation,the research team sorted out and analyzed the score of the latter consultation items and the feedback and suggestions of experts to form the next round of questionnaires.The consultation was concluded after the experts reached consensus.Results:1.Literature Review Finally,54 papers were listed,and foreign research focussed primarily on specialist doctors,including Department of ENT,Department of respiration,urology and so on.Research on nursing staff has not meant to report.During the period of COVID-19,the volume of literature increased rapidly,but the overall methodological quality was low.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of anti epidemic,and the effect is remarkable.2.Qualitative Research The total interview time is 283 minutes and 35857 words are transcribed.Based on grounded theory,a central strategy(integrating theory with practice),two influencing factors(complementary advantages and limited use)and seven training points(training needs,training forms,training duration,teachers,target groups,training contents and assessment)are summarized.3.Letter of Inquiry from experts After two rounds of expert letter inquiries in this study,the questionnaire response rate exceeded 90%,and the knowledgeable authority reached 0.88.Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds of letter inquiries were0.604 and 0.684 respectively,and finally formed 2 first-level indicators and 4second-level indicators.Indicators,12 three-level indicators,41 four-level indicators.The training program was determined.Conclusion:This study is based on the training program for newly recruited nurses formed by the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the prevention and control of the epidemic,which meets the current needs for training of nursing talents under the current normalized epidemic prevention and control of new diseases.Cultivate nursing talents with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine that can adapt to the development of medical and health undertakings in the new era,and provide built-in and reference to advance the reform and improvement of continuing nursing education and teaching.
