| With the development of the Internet and other technologies,medical services have gradually developed in the direction of intelligence and digitization.Especially during the2020 COVID-19 epidemic,the construction results of appointments and smart hospitals have played a huge role in epidemic prevention and control.As people’s requirements for medical services are gradually increasing,the current problems of insufficient total medical and health resources,irrational structure and layout,and poor medical service experience have aroused more widespread concern.Due to the low level of informatization of the current appointment diagnosis and treatment system,poor data integration,unbalanced regional development and many other obstacles,the problem of "three longs and one short" in the medical treatment process has been caused,that is,long registration time,long payment time,and long waiting time and short treatment time greatly affects the medical experience of the people and wastes a lot of medical resources.Therefore,the appointment diagnosis and treatment system is an valuable topic to study.In order to better solve the above problems,first,studies the current status of appointment medical services,and then analyzes and models the needs of the audience to obtain the functional requirements of users and administrators,and then optimizes the user’s appointment process.Finally,the traditional Internet appointment registration system is combined with a smart phone,and the data information of many hospitals is integrated and aggregated,and the hospital appointment system based on the Android platform is researched and designed.This system includes Android client and back-end server.It adopts the MVC design mode to design and implement the architecture,functional structure,database tables and main modules of the entire system,and realizes user registration and login,query browsing,and appointment registration,cancel registration and collection functions.Finally,the system is tested through the designed test cases to ensure that the system meets the test objectives.The system integrates the medical information of many hospitals,so users can conveniently query the number sources of all hospitals,and make appointments for medical appointments through the system,reducing queue time and simplifying the appointment process.At the same time,it can promote the less well-known hospitals and have a significant effect on the outpatient diversion of large hospitals.The system can also make appointments by time slot,which has a certain effect on improving the waiting time and the outpatient diversion of the hospital. |
