| This study focuses on the deep integration of financial indicators and business indicators,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the economic operation of tertiary public hospitals,using the indicator system to carry out empirical research on the target hospital,analyzing the scientificity and feasibility of the indicator,exploring the unified path between the economic and social benefits of the public hospital,and providing suggestions for further promoting the development of the economic operation of the tertiary public hospital.Based on the background of the comprehensive reform of public hospitals,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the economic operation of tertiary public hospitals through stakeholder and balanced scorecard model.At the same time,AHP is used to determine the weight of each indicator.Finally,the comprehensive indicator method is used to evaluate the economic operation of the target hospitals.This study established a scientific and practical comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the economic operation of tertiary public hospitals.The index system includes 5first level indicators and 12 second level indicators.This study adopts the comprehensive indicator method for empirical analysis of indicators.The target hospitals are well operated from 2016 to 2019.In 2019,the hospital economy was the best shape.The medical management level and medical efficiency of the hospital were obviously improved,but the patient dimension was deficient.This study suggests that hospitals focus on the patient dimension and improve patient satisfaction by controlling medical expenses.The comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the economic operation of tertiary public hospitals can well reflect the economic operation of hospitals.The comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the economic operation of tertiary public hospitals constructed in this study can evaluate the operating efficiency,and meanwhile,this study provide suggestions for the development of hospitals.Figure 7;Table 24;Reference 53... |
