| In the process of continuous reform of the medical and health system,private hospitals have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.In addition,with the continuous improvement of China’s market economy and the increasingly fierce industry competition in the field of medical and health care,hospital salary management plays an important role in the development of the field of medical and health care.With the progress of society,private hospitals must make full use of their autonomy in management rights,establish a perfect salary management system,enhance the incentive degree to employees,and provide guarantee for the sustainable and stable development of hospitals,so as to win in the fierce market competition.In this article,a private hospital is taken as the research object,focusing on the analysis of the current situation of its salary management system.Firstly,collect the literature related to the subject research,understand the relevant performance management tools,then analyze the problems existing in the salary management system of a hospital,and find out the defects of the salary distribution model currently implemented by a private hospital,Then the balanced scorecard is used to optimize the salary system constructed by the hospital.Through the research,it is found that using the Balanced Scorecard to optimize the salary system is practical and feasible.When optimizing the salary system of a private hospital,we should comprehensively consider the different post characteristics of employees,their contributions to the hospital,different risks and other factors,and appropriately tilt the salary policy for those posts with high professional requirements and high pressure;When selecting indicators,we should pay attention to financial indicators,patient indicators,internal indicators,etc.,establish the performance appraisal on the basis of determining the weight of indicators,and connect the appraisal results with salary.By properly adjusting the salary system of a private hospital,it will help the hospital adapt to the development trend of society,improve the attraction to talents and strengthen the market competitiveness of a private hospital. |
