Research On The Influencing Factors Of Internet Medical Consultation User Satisfaction From The Perspective Of Information Ecology

In the context of the global epidemic of the new coronavirus,Internet medical consultation has many advantages,such as facilitating users to seek medical treatment and reducing the risk of cross-infection in offline medical consultation.However,through relevant research,it is found that the current Internet medical consultation has problems such as poor profitability,low user viscosity,and imperfect functions.Therefore,from the perspective of improving user satisfaction,this paper establishes the priority order of user needs based on the perspective of information ecology,combined with the KANO model,and puts forward suggestions for the key needs of users,in order to promote the healthy development of Internet medical care.The advantage of information ecology theory is to solve the complex relationship between information people,information and information technology in the information environment,and to provide a new research framework for Internet medical consultation.Therefore,through literature review and expert interviews,this paper establishes 16 evaluation indicators of KANO elements in the four dimensions of information ecology,and designs a KANO questionnaire for investigation based on this,and establishes the four dimensions of information ecology and the four dimensions of information ecology Metrics User Requirements Priority Order.Finally,it is concluded that:（1）The priority of user needs in the dimension of information ecology is information environment > information technology > information > information people.（2）In each dimension of information ecology,the key indicators of user needs are:（1）Policy and legal environment in the dimension of information environment;（2）Humanized design of platforms/tools used and operated in the dimension of information technology and user privacy protection methods;（3）Personality of medical information in the dimension of information The ease of use of information and medical information;（4）the user’s perceived value willingness in the dimension of information person.By analyzing the above research results,this paper obtains important indicators in the dimension of users’ focus,and proposes to improve the construction of the Internet medical security system,strengthen the construction of platform information accessibility,enhance user privacy protection,and improve the quality of online doctor services.,improve the one-stop service of Internet medical consultation and other suggestions,in order to achieve the purpose of improving user satisfaction and promoting the development of Internet medical care.
