Health is an eternal topic. With the development of the Internet, the way of public searching for health information has changed gradually.More and more people search for health information through the Internet to make health decisions or solve health anxiety. However,on the one hand, the quality of network health information is uneven, and false health information is full of the network, which makes it more difficult for users to search for real and useful health information. On the other hand, public health literacy, information literacy, media literacy and other health information search and processing capabilities have not significantly improved with the growth of network health information, resulting in information overload, information gap and other phenomena.Other aspects, such as website construction, network system, socialattitudes towards network health information, also have a positive or negative impact on network health information search. Objective In order to improve the efficiency of public search for network health information, reduce the cost of network health information search, and promote the development of network health information ecology, this study, from the perspective of users, takes college students as the research object, explores the rules of users' search for network health information, analyzes the influencing factors and mechanism of users' search for network health information, with a view to serving as personal health information Scientific and constructive suggestions are put forward for the improvement of search ability, the development of health information industry and the formulation of national health policy. Methods Firstly, this paper reviews the related research at home and abroad, summarizes the current situation of network health information search research and introduces the relevant theories.Through induction and deduction, put forward reasonable hypothesis, combined with technology acceptance model, establish the influencing factors model of online health information search behavior of college students in this study. On the basis of relevant research, the questionnaire of CollegeStudents' Internet health information search behavior and its influencing factors was compiled, which was distributed to college students in Guangdong Province through field and Internet, and 494 valid questionnaires were collected. After that, through descriptive statistics and chi square test, the paper analyzes the characteristics of health problems faced by college students and the differences in demographic characteristics. Then,we use t-test and ANOVA to explore the differences in the demographic characteristics of the influencing factors of network health information search. Finally, the hypothesis proposed in this study is verified by structural equation model. Results The study found that:(1)college students generally face one or more health problems.Lack of exercise, excessive stress, hair loss, sleep quality, anxiety, emotional instability and obesity are the most common health problems faced by college students. There are significant differences in the health problems faced by college students with different demographic characteristics.(2)College students have the greatest demand for health information, such as mental health, health care and reproductive health.(3)Social media platform, search engine, news media are commonly used by college students. The utilization rate of medical app and websites of government and medical institutions is thelowest, and there are significant individual differences in the distribution of health information search channels used by college students.(4)There are significant differences in the place of origin, age and educational background of College Students' online health information search behavior, willingness and influencing factors, while there are small differences in gender and major.(5)the research verifies that college students' online health information search willingness has a significant positive impact on their search behavior;perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a significant positive impact on their search willingness;information Source quality, information content quality, information expression quality and perceived ease of use have a significant positive impact on usability;technical flexibility, technical integration and technical concealment have a significant positive impact on perceived ease of use;media information literacy has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use;real medical support has a significant negative impact on search intention, and has a significant negative impact on search intention The negative effect of search behavior is not significant. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the health information service from the aspects of information quality and informationtechnology, improve the media information literacy of college students through education, and strengthen the supervision of network health information dissemination by the regulatory authorities.
