Human tracheal foreign body is a very common respiratory disease in life,which can occur at all ages.Especially children and the elderly have a high frequency,and it is not uncommon among middle-aged people.Baskets are widely used in the removal of foreign bodies.However,the surgery that foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by baskets is complicated.On the one hand,the airflow characteristics in the trachea with foreign bodies are complicated,and the force of the airflow on the foreign bodies will affect the surgery that foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by baskets.On the other hand,when the foreign body is removed by the basket,it is completely based on the doctor’s experience,and complications are very likely to occur.Therefore,it is significant to study the airflow characteristics in the trachea with foreign matter and the removing characteristics of tracheal foreign bodies by baskets.In this thesis,through a combination of theoretical analysis,simulation analysis,and physical experiment,the airflow characteristics in the trachea with the foreign body and the process of removing the foreign body from the trachea by the basket are systematically studied.The main research work is as follows:Human tracheal scan data is obtained through tomography technology,and the tracheal model is reconstructed.Spherical tracheal foreign bodies of different diameters are placed at different tracheal positions;the airflow environment in the trachea is analyzed by computational fluid dynamics to obtain the change regulation of airflow in the trachea under the conditions of different diameters foreign bodies,different positions of foreign bodies,and different inhalation intensities.Through the analysis of the airflow characteristics in the trachea,a mechanical model of the force of the airflow on the foreign body is established,and the airflow force is provided for the surgery that foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by baskets.To study the removing characteristics of tracheal foreign bodies by baskets.At first,analyze the relationship between the moving distance of the straight baskets and the spiral baskets and the opening radius of the basket.Then,analyze the relationship between the opening radius of the baskets and the radius of the foreign bodies,and the geometric relationship model of the opening and retracting of the baskets in the surgery that foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by 3 wires baskets and 4 wires baskets is established.Finally,analyze the deformation of the baskets when foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by baskets,and establish the contact mechanics model that foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by the 3 wires baskets and 4wires baskets,and analyze the force on the foreign body under the action of the airflow in the process that the foreign bodies are removed by the baskets.In order to verify the mechanical model between the baskets and the foreign bodies in the trachea,and the mechanical model between the baskets and the inner wall of the trachea in the surgery that foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by baskets.The mechanical models that foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by 3wires baskets and 4 wires baskets are simulated to verify the correctness of the mechanical model.Through the establishment of an experimental platform,the relationship between the moving distance of the straight baskets and the spiral baskets and the opening radius of the basket and the geometric relationship model of the opening and retracting of the baskets in the surgery that foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by baskets are tested to verify the correctness of the relationship between the moving distance of the straight baskets and the spiral baskets and the opening radius of the basket and the geometric relationship model of the opening and retracting of the baskets in the surgery that foreign bodies in the trachea are removed by 4 wires baskets.This article has conducted a comprehensive study on the airflow characteristics in the trachea where foreign objects are placed and the removing characteristics of the tracheal foreign bodies by baskets.Through the research on the airflow characteristics in the trachea where the foreign body is placed,the change regulation of the airflow characteristics in the trachea under different conditions is obtained,which is helpful to help the doctor determine the locations and diameters of the foreign bodies,and provide the force of the airflow on the foreign body during the surgery of removing the foreign bodies by baskets.Analyzing the process that the foreign bodies are removed by the baskets is beneficial to shorten the surgery time,and reduce the foreign body slippage,and improve the quality of the surgery.This study has important value for foreign body removal surgery with baskets and the removal of the foreign bodies automatically in the future.
