Objective:As the incidence of scoliosis in today’s adolescents and children is gradually increasing,it has also attracted more and more attention from social groups. For the physical and mental health of the next generation, screening for scoliosis among students is an important task.It is of great interest to obtain relevant data for analysis, and to make recommendations for interventions to treat scoliosis and to prevent its progression. For this reason, from October 2021,the team participated in the health screening of a school in a district of Wuhan, and was responsible for the scoliosis group, screening the relevant data of adolescents and children with high and low shoulders, abnormal shoulder blades, flat back, hunchback, flat feet, etc. To investigate, collect, sort and analyze,it will pave the way for the continuous development and in-depth development of the project in the future, and at the same time organize the relevant intervention methods,so as to provide ideas for the rehabilitation treatment of scoliosis in later stage adolescents and children. Methods:Initial data collection, including height, weight, age, etc.,is carried out for the students of the selected six junior high schools, and then detailed examinations are carried out by professional screeners through general physical examination and the use of spinal rotation angle measuring rulers. The data was obtained by measurement, and then all the data were integrated with Excel table, and the SPSS25.0 system was used for processing and analysis, and the correlation analysis was carried out on the abnormal posture and scoliosis of adolescents and their related influencing factors, and the conclusion was drawn. Results:Among all the students surveyed, the overall incidence of suspected scoliosis was 1.03%,and the overall incidence of abnormal posture was 13.20%.Among them, the incidence of suspected scoliosis in boys was 0.87%,and the incidence of suspected scoliosis in girls was 0.87%.The rate of abnormal posture is 1.15%,the incidence of abnormal posture in boys is13.05%,and the incidence of abnormal posture in girls is 13.34%.There is a negative correlation between weight and BMI relative to abnormal posture, and weight relative to scoliosis relation. Conclusion:The analysis of the screening results shows that the incidence of abnormal posture and suspected scoliosis is relatively high for the current adolescents and children, especially when they are in adolescence.Among them, abnormal posture and suspected scoliosis in girls are relatively high. The incidence of scoliosis is higher than that of boys.In addition, the weight factor is a key factor, and other posture problems should also be paid attention to.
