Meta Analysis Of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined With ACEI Or ARB Drugs In Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: Through the method of meta-analysis,to explore the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of diabetes kidney disease,and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the further clinical application of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of diabetes kidney disease.Methods: retrieving China’s How Net（CNKI）,Wanfang database（Wan Fang）,VIP database（VIP）,China biomedical literature service system（CBM）,Pub Med and The Cochrane Library database,and collecting randomized controlled trials on Shenqi Dihuang Tang combined with ACEI or ARB drugs for treatment of diabetes kidney disease from the database to January 2022.The retrieved literature was included in the screening according to the established standards,the relevant data were extracted,and the quality of the literature was evaluated by the improved Jadad scale.Through review manger5 4.The software analyzes and reports the indicators included in the literature.Results: a total of 676 relevant literatures were retrieved and finally included in 14 randomized controlled trials,all of which were Chinese literatures,including 1238 subjects.The outcome indexes of the literatures were analyzed respectively.Meta analysis showed that Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with ACEI or ARB drugs in the treatment of diabetes kidney disease had total clinical effective rate（MD=1.26,95%CI=[1.18,1.35],Z=6.77,P < 0.00001）,24 hour urine protein（MD=-1.73,95%CI=[-2.58,-0.88],Z=4.00,< 0.00001）,urinary micro albumin（ARB,P,P,P,P < 0.00001）.Urinary albumin excretion rate（MD =-16.64,95% CI = [-27.63,-5.66],z =2.97,P = 0.003 < 0.05）,urea nitrogen（MD =-0.47,95% CI =[-0.63,-0.31],z = 5.86,P < 0.00001）,serum creatinine（MD=-7.74,95% CI = [-10.39,-,5.09],z = 5.72,P < 0.00001）,fasting blood glucose（MD =-0.82,95% CI = [-0.96,-0.67],z = 11.21,P < 0.00001）2-hour postprandial blood glucose（MD=-1.33,95% CI = [-1.70,-0.97],z = 7.22,P < 0.00001）and TCM symptom score（MD =-3.59,95% CI = [-5.00,-2.18],z =5.00,P < 0.00001）were better than ACEI or ARB drugs alone.Conclusion: Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with ACEI or ARB drugs in the treatment of diabetes kidney disease can effectively improve the total effective rate,24 hours urine protein,urinary albumin,urinary albumin excretion rate,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour blood sugar and TCM syndrome integral.The curative effect is better than that of simple ACEI or ARB drugs.
