Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease With Shenqi Dihuang Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gao Jiandong,chief physician,experience in the treatment of chronic renal failure,and to explore its mechanism of action,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinicalMethods: 60 cases of spleen kidney two empty with turbid stasis of chronic kidney disease and 2-4 patients with the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 30 people,the control group was given routine treatment(including diet and symptomatic treatment),treatment group were treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of general treatment,2 times daily course in February,after observation of its efficacy,and to determine its safety.Results: in the treatment group,the total efficiency of 83.30%;control group,the total efficiency of 66.60%,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Experimental results show that Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease of spleen and kidney deficiency with turbid stasis and two 2-4 patients have good curative effect,can improve the TCM syndrome in patients with reduced creatinine and blood urea nitrogen,creatinine clearance rate increased,decreased levels of urinary protein,serum albumin,decrease C C-reactive protein and blood beta-2microglobulin,can delay the decline of kidney function in patients with chronic kidney disease,and good safety,low incidence of adverse reaction.Conclusion: Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease has high curative effect,low side effect,can better improve the clinical symptoms and signs...
