| Among female reproductive system tumors,breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.The incidence of cervical cancer is second only to breast cancer,ranking second.Breast cancer and cervical cancer(hereinafter referred to as "two cancers")have become important public health issues that need to be resolved urgently in the world.However,with the rapid development of media technology,the dissemination of information on the prevention and treatment of "two cancers" among the public is not ideal.Whether there is an inevitable connection between the effect of "changing the audience’s cognitive attitudes and promoting healthy behaviors" and public health problems,it is worth attracting researchers’ attention and conducting related research.This study is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the motivation and value of this research through combing and summarizing relevant research at home and abroad,establishing the research questions of this research,and expounding the theoretical background and research methods of this research.The second part analyzes the text and communication characteristics of the topic of "two cancers" on Sina Weibo(hereinafter referred to as Weibo).First,from the text content,using semantic network analysis and other methods to analyze the focus of public attention in a targeted manner,and then use the communication effect analysis method to analyze the communication index of each communication subject.In the third part,the LDA theme model analyzes the presentation of "two cancers" issues by users of different identity types.The fourth part examines the topic of interaction between individual users and organizational users.The fifth part is the summary and reflection part of this article.Based on health communication theory,the current situation of health communication in the new media environment is considered.The main conclusions of this study are: First of all,the textual features of the topic of "Two Cancers" on Weibo show several focus topics,with "HPV vaccine" as the center of the case,which radiates to all aspects of the "Two Cancers" health.Secondly,the identity and power of the topic leader in the traditional sense of the government and the media have been significantly impacted,and the situation in which multiple subjects participate in the construction of discourse continues to form.As the professional body of health promotion,users of medical organizations have contributed more professional and comprehensive health issues in constructing the address.In contrast,the media and the government have the discourse initiative in terms of health policies.Finally,in the agenda interaction of the "two cancers" issue,there is a lack of interaction between the communication subjects as a whole.Based on the above research results,this study believes that it is necessary to formulate targeted media optimization strategies to promote the effective dissemination of health information,aiming to provide scientific information references for improving people’s health literacy,promoting healthy behaviors,and implementing a healthy China strategy.Government agencies should strengthen the publicity and promotion of free screening services for "two cancers" media agencies to strengthen health issues and improve their professionalism.Medical institutions should vigorously carry out public health promotion and give full play to the strong voice of doctors.The public should raise their awareness of personal health care and enhance their health knowledge. |
