| At present,driven by various advanced information and communication technologies,the medical industry has shown the development trend of informatization,mobility and intelligence.In particular,the application of 5G communication technology has promoted the vigorous development of the smart medical industry,and a large number of medical and health applications and services based on 5G technology have emerged,which further integrates advanced information technologies such as 5G,Internet of Things and big data,and promotes traditional medical services.The transformation and upgrading of digitalization,informatization and intelligence has become a hot spot in industry research and application.Among them,the mobile telemedicine scenario,as an important application field in the smart medical system,effectively utilizes the technical advantages of 5G mobile communication network,and realize a large amount of medical heterogeneous data such as images and physiological signs.Mobile acquisition and highspeed real-time transmission.Therefore,based on high-performance domestic processors,this thesis studies and designs a mobile medical terminal that integrates 5G communication technology,and completes the development of data collection and transmission application software for medical imaging and detection on the terminal.The main research work and contents of this thesis are as follows:1.The research analyzes the development status and trends of 5G communication technology and mobile medical deep integration and its application research.According to the actual application scenarios and technical requirements of mobile medical rescue,the functions and technical indicators of the 5G medical terminal are studied and analyzed,and the high-performance domestic embedded processor RK3399 Pro is selected.On this basis,the overall software and hardware of the 5G medical terminal system is given.The solution mainly completes the functional design of terminal 5G network access,heterogeneous device data collection,and high-definition video transmission.2.Based on the Cadence circuit design software platform,the functional circuit of the 5G medical terminal and the schematic design of the whole system are completed.The terminal hardware platform mainly includes the core motherboard with RK3399 Pro processor core,4GB LPDDR4 memory module,64 GB e MMC memory module,power management module,and 5G communication module,Wi-Fi module,network port module,display module,power module,Communication interface board for Universal Serial Peripheral Interface.Then,the PCB layout design of the 12-layer core motherboard and the 4-layer communication interface board was completed,and the 5G medical terminal hardware processing was completed.3.On the basis of the physical completion of the terminal hardware,a 64-bit ARM cross-compilation environment for the RK3399 Pro processor was established,and the UBoot,Linux kernel,Ubuntu root file system and corresponding device drivers were transplanted,and then based on Ffmpeg and I/O multiple The multiplexing mechanism is used to complete the application design and development of 5G medical terminal data acquisition and transmission.Finally,the performance test and application verification of the 5G medical terminal functional module and the whole system based on highperformance domestic processors are carried out. |
