Clinical Study On The Cardiovascular Protection Effect Of Compound Xiatianwu Combined With Methotrexate And Hydroxychloroquine In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid

Objective: Objective to investigate the effects of compound Xiatianwu combined with methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine on the cardiovascular system of Rheumatoid Arthritis（RA）patients,to confirm the cardiovascular protection of compound Xiatianwu combined with methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine,and to elucidate the related mechanism.Methods: Patients diagnosed RA in our hospital from January 2020 to January2022 were enrolled and treated with compound xiatianwu therapy combined with methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine.The whole observation period of drug therapy last 48 weeks,and the self-control before and after treatment was adopted.Electrocardiogram,cardiac ultrasound left ejection fraction（LVEF）,E/A ratio,disease activity score DAS28,troponin,inflammatory markers such as CRP,ESR,blood routine,and hepatic and renal function were measured and assessed at baseline,12,24,36,and 48 weeks.Results: 1.No significant change in troponin level was observed after 48 weeks of treatment with compound xiatianwu without methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine（p>0.05）;2.After 48 weeks of treatment,the ratio of LVEF and E/A increased from baseline,and the difference were statistically significant（p>0.05）;3.DAS28,CRP and ESR were significantly reduced from baseline to week 48 in disease activity and inflammatory response（p<0.05）.4.After 48 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in white blood cell（WBC）,hemoglobin（Hb）,platelet（PIT）,renal function（Cre）and other laboratory indicators（p>0.05）.In the course of treatment,there was only one case of appetite loss,which did not meet the standard of drug withdrawalConclusion: Compound xiatianwu without methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine can better control inflammation,and play a protective role in cardiovascular system to a certain extent,with good safety.
