The Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Flupentioxl And Melitrancen Tables In The Treatment Of Somatic Symptoms Of Mild To Moderate Depression

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect differences on the somatic symptoms of the mild to moderate depression patients in comparison among the acupuncture combined with or simple flupentioxl and melitrancen tables(deanxit)MethodsAdopting randomly controlled single blinded testing method,72 qualified menopausal syndrome patients were divided into acupuncture&deanxit group,and deanxit group resulting in the finished 64cases.There were 32 cases in the deanxit group in which deanxit was taken orally:0.5h after breakfast and lunch for 1 tablet respectively.The treatment should last for 8 weeks.For the group of 32 cases of medicine+acupuncture,on the basic treatment of deanxit combined with acupuncture onto Shendao(DU 11),Baihui(DU 19),Yintang(EX-HN3),Neiguan(PC 6),Hegu(L 14),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Taichong(LR 3).Baihui(DU 19)and Yintang(EX-HN3)should be connected with electric acupuncture,each lasted for 30min.And Shendao(DU 11)was acupunctured with φ1.0×80mm thick-stainless steel needles,lasting 2h.The bove mentioned point acupuncture should be done three times a week,each separation for more than 24 hours,the treatment processed for 8 weeks in a row,24 times of treatment in total,finished at least 10 times required within 4 weeks,It is judged as valid case to have taken 8 weeks to complete 20 cases by means of the power of observation.In the treatment of 2,4,8 weekends two groups were respectively evaluated for their curative effect with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17).HAMD-17 points rate≥50%excellent:HAMD-17 points rate 25%or higher:<50%being efficient;HAMD17 points rate<25%being invalid.Meanwhile patient health questionaire(PHQ-15)was used to assess functional somatic symptoms,antidepressants severity scale to evaluate the adverse reaction,curative effect evaluation given out after 2 months.Results1、For HAMD-17 scores after treatment and the deducted rate,in the acupuncture&deanxit group:3 patients(9.37%)were fully cured in 32 cases of patients,14 cases markedly improved(43.75%),11 cases(34.37%)being effective,invalid in 2 cases(6.25%),the total effective rate reaches 93.75%;For deanxit group of 32 cases:2 cases of patients(6.25%)fully cured,12 cases markedly improved(37.5%),13 cases(34.38%)as effective and invalid in 5 cases(15.62%),the total effective rate being 84.38%.We are sure the difference by comparison with total effective rate between two groups is available for statistics.2、For the two groups of patients at each time point health questionnaire(PHQ-15)after the comparison with the treatment in the 2nd weekend,the scores of two groups were of significant difference(P<0.05).There are also obvious difference(P<0.001)after the treatment in the 4th and 8th weekends by the comparison of the scores,According to display of statistics before and after treatment in the same group significant differences(P<0.001)also exist in the acupuncture&deanxit group of each time point compared with those before treatment.Among them by the comparison in the 2nd and 4th weeks time point the score shows PHQ-15 rating reduction was less than that at other time point groups in the same group,but still significant difference(P<0.01)existed.In the Deanxit group,however,as comparing different time points with those before treatment in the same group,significant difference(P<0.001)still existed.But among other time points,the results in the 4th compared with that of the 2nd week showed no significant difference and also no obvious difference for the 8th week compared with the 4th week(P>0.05).3、The comparison,by using rating scale(SERS),at each time point between two groups of antidepressant drugs side effects as follows:medication after 2 weeks,there was no significant difference between acupuncture&deanxit group and deanxit group(P>0.05),but in the 4th week needle medicine antidepressant drug side effects were obviously less than that of deanxit group(P<0.01);in the 8th week the side effect of the former group significantly less than that of the deanxit group(P<0.001).Conclusion1、Both acupuncture&deanxit and the only deanxit treatment of depression has the obvious curative effect,furthermore,the curative effect by acupuncture&deanxi curative is much better than that done by single deanxit.2、Acupuncture&deanxit treatment can improve functional body discomfort symptoms in patients with mild-to-moderate depression more than the method used by deanxit treatment.3.Acupuncture treatment of the patients with mild-to-moderate depression physical function can effectively relieve them from side effect after taking deanxit.
