Effect Of Bushen Quyu Decoction On TNF-a,IL-1 And MMP-13 In Patients With Osteoarthritis Synovial

Objective To observe effect of Bushen Quyu Decoction on TNF-α,IL-land MMP-13 in patients with Knee osteoarthritis synovial before and after treatment,and to explore the mechanism of Bushen Quyu Decoction on Knee osteoarthritis disease,we carry out this research.In order to provide theoretical basis for clinical application,the clinical curative effect of Bushen Quyu Decoction was evaluated.Methods 70 cases patients who meet the inclusion criteria were selected from April 2014 to February 2015 from Jincheng Street Community Health Service Center in Lin’an of Zhejiang province.All of the patients were kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis.Observed patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Bushen Quyu Decoction orally,the control group was given meloxicam tablets.After treatment of 6 weeks,the content of TNF-a,IL-1,MMP1 3 in the blood and ISOA scores before and after the treatment were determined.The pathogenesis of Knee osteoarthritis and the mechanism of Bushen Quyu Decoction on patients with Knee osteoarthritis were discussed.Results Both of Bushen Quyu Decoction and meloxicam tablets treated for knee osteoarthritis had definite therapeutic effect.Among them,the Bushen Quyu Decoction control rate was 65.63%,the total effective rate was 100%;meloxicam tablets control rate was 66.67%,the total effective rate was 93.33%.The two groups had no obvious difference in the control rate of the control group.The Bushen Quyu Decoction group was superior to the western medicine group in the improvement of the efficiency and the improvement of TCM symptom scores.Conclusion 1,Bushen Quyu Decoction could obviously reduce the content of TNF-a,IL-1,MMP-13 in the blood of knee osteoarthritis patients,and the effect is better than that of meloxicam tablets;2,Bushen Quyu Decoction is better than meloxicam tablet in the treatment of patients with kidney and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis;3,Bushen Quyu Decoction used in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(kidney and blood stasis type)has a significant effect and drug safety.Its effect of Bushen Quyu Decoction may be associated with lower cytokine levels in the blood.
