The Clinical Study Of Acupuncture And Diclectin In The Treatment Of Nausea Vomiting Of Pregnancy

Objective:To observe the PUQE score,the distribution of disease condition and safety indicators before and after treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy(N VP)by acupuncture and doxy lamine-vitamin B6 sustainedrelease tablets,compare acupuncture and doxy lamine-vitamin B6 sustainedrelease tablets and both combined use of clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of pregnancy vomiting.Method:In this study,140 cases of women in NVP who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into four groups of A,B,C,andD,with 35 cases in each group.Group A(acupuncture-drug combination group):acupuncture at bilateral Neiguan points and bilateral Zusanli points,each acupuncture treatment for 30 minutes once a day for a total of 14 days,while taking doxylamine-vitamin B6 released tablets orally for 14 days.Group B(Western medicine and sham acupuncture group):Acupuncture at the points near both sides of Neiguan point and Zusanli point,only puncture the skin,each time acupuncture treatment for 30 minutes once a day for a total of 14 days,while taking doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustained-release tablets orally for 14 days.Group C(acupuncture combined with placebo group):Acupuncture at bilateral Neiguan points and bilateral Zusanli points,each acupuncture treatment for 30 minutes once a day for a total of 14 days,and taking placebo orally for 14 days.Group D(sham acupuncture and placebo group):Acupuncture was performed near both sides of Neiguan points and Zusanli points,only puncture the skin,Each acupuncture treatment for 30 minutes,once a day,for a total of 14 days,while taking placebo orally for 14 days.Observe the PUQE scores before and after treatment,the condition distribution and the safety indicators.Analyze and compare the differences in efficacy between the four groups.SPSS23.0 software was used to process the analysis data.Results:1.PUQE score:The results showed that after treatment,the PUQE scores of the four groups were compared with each other,and there was a significant difference between group B and D(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustained-release tablets are superior to placebo.The difference between group C and group D after treatment was P<0.05,which was significantly different and had statistical significance,that is,the effect of acupuncture was better than that of sham acupuncture.the difference between group A and group B and group C was less than 0.05.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that acupuncture combined with doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustained-release tablets was superior to simple acupuncture and western medicine alone.2.The distribution of the disease:The results showed that after treatment,the severity of the four groups of subjects was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the overall effect of the four groups after treatment was different,doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustained-release tablets are superior to placebo in the treatment effect;acupuncture treatment is superior to sham acupuncture;acupuncture combined with doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustained-release tablets is superior to simple acupuncture and western medicine alone.3.Safety evaluation:The results showed that there was no significant difference in the renal function creatinine and urea nitrogen before and after treatment in the four groups(P>0.05),suggesting that acupuncture and doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustained-release tablets in the treatment of pregnancy vomiting has no significant damage to kidney function.Conclusions:1.The treatment of acupuncture have significant curative effect in treatment of NVP in reducing PUQE scores,thereby improving patients’ nausea and vomiting of pregnancy and improving the patients’life quality.The curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.2.The treatment of doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustained-release tablets have significant curative effect in improving the symptoms of anxiety and depression,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.The curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.3.The treatment of acupuncture combined with doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustained-release tablets have significant curative effect in improving the symptoms of anxiety and depression,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.The curative effect is better than that of simple acupuncture or simple doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustained-release tablets.4.The treatment of acupuncture and doxylamine-vitamin B6 sustainedrelease tablets have no obvious adverse effects on the improvement of NVP and were safe and reliable.
