| Objective: This research mainly discussed based on the basic theory of "fractures science" of traditional C hinese medicine treatment orthopedics "action" under the guidance of the theory,to explore the treatment of humerus fractures of the greater tuberosity(simple undisplaced humerus,combined with anterior dislocation of shoulder joint of the greater tuberosity fracture,displacement of pure avulsion fractures)and postoperative functional rehabilitation of the optimal solution and improve clinical effect,for clinical treatment of humerus avulsion fracture of the greater tuberosity provide simple feasible optimal solution.Methods:All the 27 patients were from the department of orthopedics of trauma of the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were divided into groups by random number table method,among which 13 patients in group a were treated with open reduction hollow screw internal fixation and14 patients in group b were treated with open reduction greater tuberosity locking plate internal fixation.The excellent rate of fracture reduction,average fracture healing time,shoulder range of motion and shoulder function at 6,12 and 24 weeks after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Statistical data were processed and analyzed with statistical software SPSS19.0.Results:All patients were followed up successfully with an average follow-up time of one year.The internal fixation group of a columnar locking plate for the greater tuberosity of the humerus was superior to the hollow screw group in terms of the excellent and good rate of fracture reduction and the stability of the fractured end,P < 0.05.The clinical and osseous healing time of fractures in the steel plate group was significantly shorter than that in the hollow screw group,with P values less than 0.05,which was comparable.In the two groups of patients with early exercise time,the steel plate group is significantly better than the hollow screw group.Compared with Constant-Murley shoulder function score and patients’ satisfaction with the curative effect,the average score of the plate group was higher than that of the hollow screw group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Patients in the plate group had a high Constant-Murley shoulder function score after surgery and a high degree of satisfaction with the patient’s efficacy,which was significantly better than the therapeutic effect of cannulated screw.Conclusions:Hollow screw internal fixation and anatomical locking plate internal fixation is effective internal fixation methods for the treatment of the greater tuberosity of the humerus.For the treatment of GTF,internal fixation with the anatomical locking plate of the greater tuberosity of the humerus is more effective than internal fixation with hollow screws. |
