Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of treating humerus great tubercle fracture under the guidance of skin,muscles and bones theory,so as to provide help for clinical treatment.Wethods:In affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM in March 2017-March 2019 and 44 patients with fracture of humerus greater tuberosity as the research object,all the patients were diagnosed by clinical examination closed humerus fractures of the greater tuberosity,require surgical treatment and without axillary nerve root injury symptoms,according to the different method of treatment will it into divided into control group and observation group.Among them,23 patients received hollow nail fixation as the control group.The other 21 patients received small incision double row anchor fixation rotator cuff as the observation group.Gender,age,side of fracture,postoperative blade healing,fracture healing time and shoulder function recovery were compared,and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results:In the general analysis,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in age,gender and fracture side comparison(P>0.05).In the clinical efficacy analysis,according to the corrected chi-square test,P>0.05 showed no significant difference between the two groups.According to t test of two independent samples,P>0.05 showed no significant difference in fracture healing time between the two groups.According to the independent sample t test,the shoulder joint score 1 month after the operation showed P<0.05,indicating a significant difference between the two groups.According to t test of two independent samples,the shoulder joint score 3 months after the operation showed P<0.05,indicating a significant difference between the two groups.According to the independent sample t test,the shoulder joint score 6 months after the operation showed P>0.05,showing no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Small incision double row anchor nail fixed surgery in the treatment of humerus fractures of the greater tuberosity photogenic for hollow nail fixed operation is more stable in a short time,early recovery exercise,in line with the shoulder joint biomechanics,surgery in the skin under the guidance of the physique theory will be back to the original position,free of the greater tuberosity reach anatomical reduction,in a shorter period of time in order to achieve the effect of joint function recovery.
