Objective: to investigate the influence of TCM syndrome distribution and changes of wuyun and liuqi on generalized anxiety disorder in the second half of the year of 1898,and to explore the guiding significance of wuyun and liuqi theory on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods: clinical epidemiological survey was conducted to collect relevant data of patients with generalized anxiety disorder in the second half of the year of 1898(the four qi,the five qi and the final qi),and to analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes. The meteorological data of the corresponding period were collected, and the actual situation of the five clouds and six clouds was deduced by combining the theory of five clouds and six clouds, and the influence of five clouds and six clouds on the distribution of symptoms was analyzed. All the data collected were analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software and Excel. The chi-square test was used for counting data. The test level p<0.05.Results: the distribution of TCM syndromes of wuxu years four qi generalized anxiety disorder was characterized by liver-gallbladder damp-heat syndrome and liver-stagnation fire syndrome. The distribution of TCM syndromes of generalized anxiety disorder of five vital qi is characterized by the deficiency of qi and Yin and the deficiency of liver qi and Yin.The distribution of TCM syndromes of generalized anxiety disorder of six vital qi is characterized by liver and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome, mixed cold and heat syndrome, and liver stagnation and fire syndrome. The characteristics of TCM syndromes in the above three periods of generalized anxiety disorder are all affected by the changes of five movements and six qi.Conclusion: in the second half of the year of wuxu(the four qi,the five qi and the final qi),the changes of the five yun and six qi have a significant influence on the distribution of TCM syndrome types of generalized anxiety disorder.
