Clinical Study On Treatment Of Liver Cancer Mild Cancer Pain With Hei Yu Zhen Tong Plaster

Objective:Through the study of Hei Yu Zhen Tong Ointment combined with Lugecker in the treatment of cancer pain of liver cancer,the curative effect of Hei Yu Zhen Tong Ointment on cancer pain was determined,the pain control and pain relief of patients was analyzed.Methods:From May 2018 to December 2018,60 patients with cancer pain of liver cancer were randomly selected from the oncology department of Taian traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.30 patients in each group were divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group,in which the treatment group was treated with black jade Zhentong ointment made by our hospital,and the control group was treated by oral administration of paracetamol dihydrocodeine tablet.The curative effect was observed after 7 days.Results:Compared with the control group,the changes of NRS in the experimental group had statistical significance,P<0.01.There was significant difference in the number of outbreaks of pain within 7 days between the two groups,P=0.01.There was no significant difference in pain relief rate between the experimental group and the control group,P=0.26.Conclution:Heiyu Analgesic Ointment is effective in treating mild pain of liver malignant tumors.It can improve pain and improve the quality of life.It is of great significance.
