Experimental And Clinical Research Of Ai Tong Tie On Cancer Pain

objective:To study the analgesic action and analgesia stick mechanism of Ai Tong Tie; to study the external treatment of Ai Tong Tie to the clinical curative effect of cancer pain.Methods:Experimental study:acute pain experiment used Mice pain body torsion method, compared with morphine group,Ai Tong Tie group and blank group the analgesic action. Chronic pain experimental comparison morphine group, Ai Tong Tie group, Ai Tong Tie+normal saline groups and normal saline groups, rats pain intensity, rat serum levels of inflammation, blood count, observe the rat growth, diet, local skin changes.Clinical trials:the cancer pain in the middle-late patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, both groups were the same based therapy. The treatment group:in the foundation treatment on the basis of, continued to take the original three ladder drugs, then apply external treatment of Ai Tong Tie. The control group:in the basic treatment on the basis of,using the WHO recommends analgesic therapy of the three ladder drugs,reference ladder regular doses of drugs for drug manual, continue to add quantity taking the original three ladder drugs or take another drugs. Respectively on medication before and after 24 hours with medication pain intensity, drug record effect-acting period, continuous control pain time, the quality of life, and adverse reactions.Results:Results of experimental study:of acetic acid in mice pain caused Ai Tong Tie has obvious analgesic action; Ai Tong Tie make rats local pain inflammatory mediators IL-1, TNF activity and the content of PGE2 significantly reduced; To rat blood count no obvious influence; Can make rats diet decline, growth slowed, on rat skin has certain stimulation.Results of clinical trials:a total of 65 patients participate in the study, including 32 cases in treatment group and control group 33 cases. The curative effect of the treatment group and control group was no difference (P>0.05), the treatment group effect-acting period is shorter than the control group, two groups of continuous control pain time was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Then in different parts of the cancer pain has different effect, on chest pain, stalking the curative effect of best, followed by back, legs, abdomen, waist pain caused to bone metastasis of curative effect is the worst. The cure for moderate pain had the curative effect than severe pain (P<0.05). Ai Tong Tie could evidently improve the quality of life of the patients, in the mood, walk, ability, work, relationships with others, sleep, emotions are better than control group, the treatment group does not appear skin serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: 1. The one way of analgesic action post pain of Ai Tong Tie is reduce the release of local inflammation2. Ai Tong Tie plus the analgesic guidelines based on 3-step ladder had a synergetic effect in pain relief. There was a trend the patients added the ai tong tie could gain the stable pain relief earlier.3. Ai Tong Tie for moderate cancer pain was better than sever caneer pain.4. Ai Tong Tie has a better effeetive rate for chest flank and back than internal organs pain,and has a worst effeetive rate for waist pain of bone metastases.5. Ai Tong Tie plus the analgesic guidelines based on 3-step ladder was more effeetive on improving the quality ofl ive, with few side effeet.
