Therapeutic Effect Of Bushen Ointment On Chronic Aplastic Barrier Of Kidney-Yin Deficiency And The Pathogenesis Of Kidney Deficiency

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Ointment in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia patients with kidney yin deficiency,and to determine whether Bushen Ointment combined with western medicine can treat kidney yin deficiency chronic aplastic anemia to improve the curative effect and reduce the occurrence of side effects.And from the molecular point of view to study the pathogenesis of kidney deficiency.Methods:Forty-one patients with chronic aplastic anemia with kidney yin deficiency were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given cyclospori ne soft capsule,stanozolol tablets and Bushen cream.The same dose of cyclosporine soft capsule was admini stered to the control group and treated with a stanozol tablet.After 6 months of treatment,the curative effect was observed and the results were analyzed.Another 30 cases of chronic aplastic anemia bone marrow and 13 normal human bone marrow were collected,and mononuclear cells were extracted.The mRNA expression of P15,P16,TPP1 and RAP1 in bone marrow mononuclear cells was detected by PCR.Results:1.Both groups of treatments can improve the TCM syndrome of pat ients.However,the efficacy of taking Bushen Ointment Group is better than that of Western medicine alone(p<0.05).2.WBC,PLT and Hb were significantly increased after treatment in both groups(p<0.05).3.Bushen cream combined with western medicine has more advantages in improving WBC and Hb(P<0.05)4.The effective rate of the control group was 50%,and the effective rate of the observation group was 80.95%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The expression of P15 and P16 mRNA in bone marrow mononuclear cells of patients with chronic aplastic anemia was lower than that of normal group(P<0.05),and the expression of TPP1 and RAP1 mRNA was higher than that of normal group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Both groups of treatments can improve the WBC,Hb and PLT counts in patients with chronic aplastic anemia.Bushen Ointment combined with Western medicine is superior to Western medicine alone in improving peripheral blood Hb and WBC in patients with chronic aplastic anemia.However,there is no si gnificant difference between the two groups in the treatment of platelet.The combination of Bushen Ointment and Western medicin(?)is more effective in improving the symptoms of TCM in patients with chronic aplastic anemia.P15,P16,TPP1,and RAP1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic aplastic anemia.
