Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Liangdi Shengxue Decoction In Treating Chronic Aplastic Anemia Kidney Loss Syndrome

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Liangdishengxue Decoction in treat-ment of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA), including clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome, hemogram, reticulocyte erythrocyte count,peripheral blood lymphocytes subsets,bone marrow,and evaluate the efficacy and safety of the recipe in its treatment of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA), reveals the advantages of its treatment of CAA,provide the basis for clinical application and experimental research, to make a contribution to Traditional Chinese medicine treat for CAA.Methods: 60 patients with CAA were randomly divided into two groups. The TCM therapy group(30 cases) was treated with Liangdishengxue Decoction and the Western medicine control group(30 cases) was treated with ciclosporin?An Xiong medicines for 6 months of therapy respectively. The clinical effect were observed during the course; hemogram, reticulocyte erythrocyte count,peripheral blood lymphocytes subsets and bone marrow were tested before and after the treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the TCM therapy group reaches 86.7%, while that of the Western medicine control group reaches 80.0%, the two groups effectively increase hemogram of CAA patients,which shows no significant difference between them(P>0.05); In terms of improving TCM symptoms, compared to the treatment group and the control group, the total effective rate of treatment group reached 90.0%, total effective rate of control group reached 53.3%, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), showed that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the TCM symptoms;The Chinese medicine treatment group and the control group of Western medicine all can improve the blood of CAA patients,The result showed that the treatment group is better than the control group. And the two groups can be effectively adjusted in peripheral blood lymphocytes subsets,there was no significant difference between them. Compare the proportion of red blood cells, percentage of neutrophils, proportion of lymphocytes,giant cell count in bone marrow,between the treatment group and the control group, there was no significant difference in giant cell count,and significant difference in proportion of red blood cells, percentage of neutrophils, proportion of lymphocytes.both groups can promote bone marrow hematopoiesis. The treatment group is safe and reliable in the treatment of CAA, and there is no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: 1.Liangdishengxue Decoction has affirmatory curative effect in the treatment of CAA. 2. Liangdishengxue Decoction can effectively increase the hemogram, reticulocyte erythrocyte count, promote bone marrow hematopoiesis and can be effectively adjusted in peripheral blood lymphocytes subsets,the specific mechanism needs further study. 3.Liangdishengxue Decoction is safe and reliable in the treatment of CAA, and there is no obvious adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions are lower.
