To Explore The Clinical Experience And Medication Characteristics Of Chief Physician Gu YueTao In The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective:On the basis of "TCM inheritance support platform(V2.5)",the clinical experience of director gu yuetao in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis was summarized.Methods:By sorting out the cases of chronic glomerulonephritis diagnosed and treated by Dr.Gu Yuetao from January 2017 to December 2018,and making in-depth analysis and Research on the commonly used Chinese medicines,1135 prescriptions of chronic glomerulonephritis patients were obtained,which were diagnosed and treated by Dr.Gu Yuetao.The data were sorted out and entered one by one and one by one into the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform"(V).2.5),"Data analysis" in the platform was used to analyze the prescriptions input,and the results of drug frequency,drug correlation coefficient,new and other results were obtained.The characteristics of drug use were further analyzed,and the clinical thinking of Chief Physician Gu Yuetao in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis was discussed.Results:According to the statistical results,in the statistics of 160 patients,the number of spleen and kidney Qi deficiency is the most,the sign of damp-heat syndrome is the most,Chinese medicine invigorates the spleen and kidney to replenish its deficiency,diuresis and dampness to dispel the fact.This study selected 1135 prescriptions for treating chronic glomerulonephritis,involving 160 TCM,according to the present frequency during the drug’s 20 flavour is in turn:milkvetch seed,Cherokee rose,yam,tuckahoe,herba agrimoniae,madder,cuttlebone,alisma,grifola,atractylodes,dogwood,radix rehmanniae,radix dipsaci,dog ridge,carbonized human hair,cortex phellodendri,fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae,rhizoma atractylodis,atractylodes,dried tangerine or orange peel.Among the traditional Chinese medicines involved,most of the four qi herbs are pingxing and wenxing,and most of the five tastes are sweet and bitter.Using association rule analysis,559 common drug pairs were obtained,among which common drug pairs included dipsacus dipsacus and dog’s back.Sand complanthion,Cherokee gold;Poria cocos and alisma oriental is;Cornus officinalis,Chinese yam,radix rehmanniae;Poria cocos,alisma orientalis and poria glabra;Sepium cuttlebone,herbaceous crane and madder;Atractylodes macrocephala,yam,astragalus complanatus,poria cocos,gold cherry,etc.At the same time,four core drug combinations and two new formulae were obtained through cluster analysis of group formulae.Conclusion:hrough the analysis of the above results,the academic thought of director gu yuetao in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis was drawn:the basic pathogenesis of this disease was emphasized as "principal deficiency with standard and solid",the principal deficiency was mainly caused by insufficient lung,spleen and kidney,while the principal deficiency was mainly caused by water dampness,dampness and turbidity,dampness and heat,and blood stasis.
