Study On The Effect Of Jieyu’an Shenfa On Ciliary Neurotrophic Factors In Patients With Post-stroke Depression

Purpose: To compare the ciliary neurotrophic factor level and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale in patients with post-stroke depression before and after treatment by treating patients with post-stroke depression of liver qi stagnation and using Shenyu Anshen therapy and sertraline hydrochloride.The scoring rate discussed the advantages and disadvantages of Jieyu’an Shenfa in treating post-stroke depression in patients with liver qi stagnation.Method: Sixty patients with post-stroke depression who met the inclusion criteria and TCM syndrome differentiation with liver-qi stagnation were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1.The number of patients was 30 cases per group..The observation group was treated with Jieyu An Shenfang as the cure for the law,and the control group was treated with Western medicine of sertraline hydrochloride.After 2 months of treatment,the levels of ciliary neurotrophic factor and HAMD scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.RESULTS: In terms of ciliary neurotrophic factor level and HAMD score,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in the determination of ciliary neurotrophic factor levels,the observed rates of the observation group and the control group were 43.34% and 40%,respectively,and the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 86.67% and 90%,respectively;Hamilton depression The table scores showed that the observed rates of the observation group and the control group were 43.33% and 36.67%,respectively,and the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 90%.Regarding the level of ciliary neurotrophic factor,the difference between the two groups was not significant,and the rate of the control group was slightly better than that of the observation group.The observation group and the control group showed the efficacy of the specific items from the HMAD scale.There were significant differences among the patients in the group.The differences were reflected in depression,guilt,suicide,mental anxiety,and self-knowledge.The five treatments were better than the observation group,while the gastrointestinal symptoms and systemic symptoms were observed.The treatment effect of the group was superior to the control groupConclusion: Jieyu’an Shenfa is an effective method and method for treating post-stroke depression in patients with liver qi stagnation.Jieyu’an Shenfang can solve post-stroke depression and improve ciliary nerve in patients.The level of nutritional factors.
