Objective:To observe the clinical sympt oms and signs of the patients with regulating qi treatment of phlegm and blood stasis resistance progressing ischemic Stroke(PIS).To evaluate the therapeutic effects, and try to analyze the mechanism,in order to provide clinical basis for treatment of cerebrovascular disease, especially PIS with Chinese medicineMethods:72 PIS patients who were cl early diagnosed as internal obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(36 cases)and treatment group(:36 cases)by random number table method. There were 3 cases of shedding during the study, and finally a total of 69 cases were recorded and analyzed.According to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China(2014),both groups were given standard western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was given regulating qi decoction for a total of 14 days. Before treatment, safety indexes,TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,BI score and mRS grading of patients in the two groups were evaluated.TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score were evaluated again 7 and 14 days after treatment.Blood routine examination, liver and kidney function and other safety indicators were reviewed 14 days after treatment. The efficacy of TCM syndrome and the degree of neurological impairment were evaluated at 14 days. The patients were followed up for 30 days for daily living ability(BI score)evaluation.Neurological recovery status(mRS grading)was evaluated after 90 days of follow-up.Establi sh a database, using IBM SPSS22.0 statistical analysis to analyze and evaluate the resultsResults:1.Safety indicators:there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and no significant adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.2.Efficacy indicators:after 7 days and 14 days of treatment, the TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score of the two groups were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes and the degree of neurological function defect, the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In terms of daily living ability(BI score),the BI score of patients in the two groups was better than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of neurological function recovery(mRS grading),both groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of regulating qi method in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis internal obstruction type PIS is safe, and can improve the TCM syndrome score of patients, improve the efficacy of syndrome, improve the degree of neurological function defect. Therefore,it is safe, feasible and effective to treat PIS with internal obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis by regulating qi.
