Social Work Intervention In Cases Of Attention Deficiencies Accompanied By Improvement Of ODD Children’s Learning Efficacy

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),commonly known as ADHD,is one of the common emotional and behavioral disorders.The practical object of this thesis is children with attention deficit and ODD,which have problems in learning and social adaptation.This study is based on a psychosocial treatment model,using casework intervention methods to help attention deficit with ODD children,and improve attention disability,disobedience,and poor learning behavior.Provide theoretical and practical reference value for these children.This study used unstructured interviews and participatory observations to collect data,and used the psychosocial treatment model as the theoretical basis for social worker intervention.The diagnosis is mainly based on the problems of the attention deficit with ODD clients,the reasons for the problems,and the factors that affect the learning efficiency.And based on this,social worker intervention is implemented to improve the client’s sense of learning effectiveness and ultimately improve his academic performanceSocial worker intervention results show that firstly,the use of foregoing models does have an effect on improving learning efficacy;improved the own learning ability(direct experience)and the ability to learn to observe and learn from others(alternative experience);Persuasion changed client’s bad learning behavior through words and effectively solve the problem of low learning efficiency.Secondly,Compared with other methods expanded the scope of home interventions(focus on overall interventions in families with ADHD);addressed the singularity of cognitive-behavioral intervention perspectives(interventions for ADHD patients only);avoided the impact of subsequent side effects caused by comprehensive intervention therapy using drugs But there are some bad aspects:social support system is weak and it is difficult to provide substantial help,affected by family structure,the operability of family intervention is low.Third,the psychosocial treatment model is a common intervention method for casework.This method is more comprehensive and specific in the intervention of the client.However,in the future specific operations,we should fully understand the particularity of the case,and choose the overall intervention method suitable for the case owner in accordance with the specific circumstances.
