Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) symptoms begin reflected in childhood, its impact may continue until the adult stage. In this paper, combing through the literature, discusses the concept of ADHD, the prevalence, etiology, disease and diagnosis, summarizes the characteristics of psychological behaviors of ADHD children, and for the treatment and intervention methods of ADHD in children were reviewed.There are many kinds of treatment and intervention methods of ADHD in children, in addition to the drugs also including EEG biofeedback, sensory integration training, psychological and behavioral intervention and other non drug treatment. How effective these methods, in contrast to what is more effective? In this paper, through the analysis of the system of the element analysis(meta—analysis) method, finishing Chinese literature on children with ADHD treatment and intervention. Stata software is used for data processing and results of data analysis. 126 articles included in the study had a total of 6059 participants, the results show that the average effect of ADHD in the treatment of children and the intervention of the amount of 0.377. Further subgroup analysis, the results show that the effect of drug treatment was higher than the non drug therapy. In the non drug treatment in the way, better family therapy and cognitive behavior therapy.After that, through participation of ADHD children and daily observation, summarizes the psychological function of defect performance and development of the ADHD children. According to the literature analysis and observation and analysis results, the design of guidance program of children with ADHD, and using standardized scale counseling effect measurement. Finally, on the basis of the previous studies proposed parenting advice to ADHD children’s parents and teachers. |
