| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lianpu Drink plus or minus prescription in the treatment of digestive system diseases, and to provide evidence-based medical basis for clinical treatment of digestive system diseases.Methods:(1)The clinical research literature on the efficacy and safety of Lianpu Yin plus or minus prescription or combined with western medicine in treating various digestive system diseases(reflux esophagitis, chronic non-atrophic gastritis, functional dyspepsia, peptic ulcer)was collected in the database of China Knowledge Resource General Library(CNKI),Wanfang Data Academic Papers,Wip Chinese Science Journal,Pubmed,etc.(2)To evaluate the quality and deviation of the literature according to the scale of Jadad score for the literature included in Meta analysis.(3)The total effective rate, safety and TCM symptom score of clinical treatment plan were analyzed by software Revman 5.0.randomized effect models were used to analyze the therapeutic effects, and funnel plots were used to represent publication bias.counting data were evaluated using a ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval.Results:(1)The curative effect of Lianpu Yin plus or minus prescription on reflux esophagitis:the total effective rate of treatment in 4 literatures was Meta analyzed. The total number of patients in the two groups was 330,and 165 in each group.next, the heterogeneity among the studies was analyzed and found no significant heterogeneity(I2=44%,P=0.15),so the fixed effect model was used to analyze.①Meta analysis of the total effective rate showed that the total effective rate of treatment group was relatively higher than that of control group(OR=4.20,95%CI=[2.17,8.14],P<0.0001).②The safety of the treatment group was relatively higher than that of the control group(OR=0.20,95%CI=[0.07,0.62],P=0.005<0.05).③The TCM symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(OR=-1.29,95%CI=[-1.44,-1.14],P<0.00001).④Two studies reported bile reflux therapy in the treatment group and the control group, with 180 patients,90 in the treatment group and 90 in the control group.the heterogeneity test showed no heterogeneity among the studies(I2=62%,P=0.10),so the fixed effect model was used for analysis. The results of Meta analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of bile reflux in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(OR=4.75.95%OR=[2.28,9.91],P=0.0001).⑤Two studies reported adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group, with 150 patients,75 in the treatment group and 75 in the control group. The heterogeneity test showed that there was no heterogeneity among the studies(I2=0%,P=0.43),so the fixed effect model was used for analysis. The results of Meta analysis showed that the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(OR=0.42,95%CI=[0.06,2.89],P=0.38).(4)Evaluation of curative effect of Lianpu Yin plus or minus prescription on peptic ulcer:1 Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group treated with Lianpu Yin was significantly higher(OR=5.95,95.95%CI=[3.0211.74],P=0.00001).The safety of the treatment group was relatively higher than that of the control group(OR=0.25,95%CI=[0.10,0.67],P=0.005<0.05).A total of 237 patients,124 in the treatment group and 113 in the control group were HP eradication rates reported in 32 studies. The results of Meta analysis showed that the HP eradication rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(OR=5.2,95%CI=[2.37,11.55],P=0.0001).There were 237 patients,124 in the treatment group and 113 in the control group.Meta analysis showed that the recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(OR=0.47.95%CI=[0.19,1.15],P=0.10).Conclusion:Lianpu Yin has continuous curative effect on reflux esophagitis, chronic non-atrophic gastritis, functional dyspepsia gastritis, functional dyspepsia and peptic ulcer. |
