Clinical Study Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis Of Damp-heat Syndrome Treated By Modified Lianpu Decoction

Objective:This purpose of this study was to observe the improve conditions of chronic non-atrophic gastritis of damp-heat syndrome on integral index and signs who were treated by modified Lianpu decoction, and evaluate recent clinical curative effect and safety of modified Lianpu decoction, the traditional Chinese medicine, on the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis of damp-heat syndrome.Methods: 64 patients were selected from Digestive outpatient department of Internal Medicine of Anyang city Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Henan province. And the selected patients were diagnosed by endoscopy in chronic non-atrophic gastritis, and in accordance with the damp-heat syndrome in TCM. By using random number table, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group) and control group(Western Medicine treatment group) according to the visiting sequence, 33 patients in treatment group and 31 patients in control group. There was no obvious difference in the basic situation between two groups in gender, age, course of disease(P>0.05) and they were comparable; TCM syndromes and gastroscope also had no significant difference(P>0.05), and they were comparable. The control group received conventional therapy: Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules 20 mg per time, oral in both morning and evening for 4 weeks; those ones who with less stomach power add domperidone 10 mg per time before meals for 3 times a day, and last for 4 weeks. Treatment group: On the basis of modified Lianpu decoction, revise it with different symptoms: if wet weight heat light, add sha ren(Ka Sahito) 6g and Cang zhu(Atractylodes); spleen deficiency, add fried largehead atractylodes rhizome, dangshen each 15 g. One dose a day, take the soup for about 400 ml, pack into 2 bags, it’s better to take one(about 200ml) in the morning and evening before meals.After 4-week treatment, observe the curative effect of therapeutic effect evaluation standard, according to the comprehensive curative effect, gastroscope, TCM syndromes and symptoms to determine the efficacy.Results: After the treatment, comparison of efficacy between the treatment group and the control group, shows that the treatment group efficiency is 87.9% while the control group is 58.1%, rank sum test shows they had signifiant difference(P <0.05); the treatment group and the control group of gastroscopy results were better than before, and the treatment group was superior to the control group(the effective rate of treatment group was 93.9%, while control group wsa 67.7%, P<0.05); comparison of curative effect on TCM syndrome shows that the effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group, while the control group was 83.9%, the rank sum test also shows they had signifiant difference(P <0.05); the two groups of patients with abdominal fullness, heaviness of the body sleepy, anorexia,short yellow urine, dry mouth, nausea and vomit, tongue, pulse significantly improved than before treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group, P<0.05, there is markedly difference. There is no obvious adverse reactions and treatment process.Conclusion:In this study, take the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine as the principle, choose modified Lianpu drink which has the function of clearing away heat and eliminating dampeness and regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen that aimed at the pathogenesis of chronic non-atrophicl gastritis of damp-heat syndrome, its efficacy is better than the control group which clarify that modified Lianpu drink has exact effect on the treatment of chronic non-atrophicl gastritis of damp-heat syndrome.
