Construction Of Nursing Quality Evaluation Index System For The Combination Of Medical Care And Elderly Care

Objective This research investigates the current status of nursing quality evaluation of the combined medical and elderly care institutions in the country,explores the existing problems,and formulates a relatively scientific and feasible index system for the evaluation of the nursing quality of the combined medical and elderly care institutions.Methods Using semi-structured interview methods to interview the managers of medical and elderly nursing care institutions that meet the research standards,Based on the "structure-process-result" three-dimensional structure model proposed by Donabedian,a preliminary quality evaluation index system was formulated with reference to Maslow’s basic level needs theory,combined with national or local basic norms and service guidelines for integrated medical care and pension institutions.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultations with experts engaged in elderly care in China,and the AHP method was used to determine the weights of various indicators.Finally,an evaluation index system for the quality of nursing care and elderly care institutions was developed.Results1.Through qualitative interviews with the managers of the eight medical and nursing pension institutions,we understand the status quo and put forward corresponding suggestions for existing problems.2.In this study,two rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The recovery rate of the questionnaires of the two rounds reached 100%.The experts who provided professional suggestions accounted for 50% and 30%.The judgement basis(Ca)of the experts was 0.925 and the familiarity of the experts(Cs)Calculated to 0.88,the authoritative level of Cr was calculated to be 0.9025;the coordination levels of the third round of the three-level indicators were 0.339,0.252,and 0.249,respectively.Finally,an evaluation index system for the quality of nursing care combined with elderly care institutions was finally developed.Level indicators,16 secondary indicators and 69 tertiary indicators.3.In this study,the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weights.The weights of the first-level index structure index,process index,and result index were 0.2402,0.2098,and 0.5499,respectively.The characteristics and key points of the evaluation of the quality of care for the elderly care institutions.Conclusions1.This research adopts quantitative research as the main method and qualitative research as the auxiliary method.The evaluation index system for the quality of care provided by the medical and nursing care institutions is composed of 3 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 69third-level indicators.index.The indicators are comprehensive and closely linked to the content of nursing services in medical and nursing care institutions.The results are reliable.2.This study has determined the weights and combined weights of various indicators,reflecting the focus and characteristics of nursing services in the combination of medical and elderly care institutions,which can provide management reference for managers of integrated medical and elderly care institutions,and formulate a unified medical and elderly care institution for China.Nursing quality evaluation index system provides the basis.
